Sergio's company is very professional. They obtain any necessary permits, which can take a while depending on the municipality. each project was completed in 1/2 a day. Fencing on 4/5/2013, wrought aluminum on 4/12/2013. We are extremely pleased with the work, and feel we got good value for the price paid.

Samada Fence Company was very responsive to my phone calls (very very very difficult to find this with iron works). Their representatives came to my house and gave me an estimate. We traded a few emails back and forth about the design and they completed the job very very quickly. The price was really reasonable and the pedestrian gates are beautiful. I have dealt with many many iron work companies in Miami-Dade and this company was the most professional by far. I am just sad they do not construct driveway gates.

I called Sergio and described what I was looking for over the phone, and he was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate. He was understanding of what I wanted and fair on the price. His estimate was dead on. He worked with me on the dates that were convient for me and let me know in advance that he needed to push the job back 1 day. Sergio, the owner, was very knowledgeable not only about the materials and installation part of the job, but about getting all the utilities to sign off on clearances for digging. Once the permit was issued, they were able to start the next day. The crew on the job worked straight through for 5 hours to completion. The price per foot was almost the same as fencing I had installed 12 years ago.

After researching fence companies for a chain-link fence replacement and extension, I settled on Samada Fence because of their responsiveness and pricing. Within 72 hours of my phone call, I received a written estimate from Sergio Samada with multiple options for all work on my property. This included the replacement of approximately 60 feet of chain-link fencing along with the installation of two gates and related gate extensions. I mistakenly began a related landscaping project on my property without first coordinating a start-date with Sergio. Although I only gave him 24 hours notice, Sergio came through and managed to install the fencing on a Saturday without delaying the installation of new hedges. It's that kind of service that deserves praise. The quality of the materials was top-notch and they completed all work on the same day. They also removed all of the old materials and left my yard in clean condition. I highly recommend them.

Sergio was on top of the job from beginning to end. Responsive and good natured. Fence went up in two days and he responded personally immediately and addressed small issues and fixed them. Also gave advice on how/when to stain or paint the fence. Would definitely recommend.

They were awesome. They were great and I would use them again. I have recommended to some of my relatives. They were on time and did what they needed to do. Everyone was very nice. I did get three bids and they came in lower than the other two companies for exactly the same service.

Sergio came to my house to measure and instantly gave us a very competitive quote. We signed a contract and fence was installed on the date agreed. Really happy with the work.

The process went smoothly. Sergio was on top of all of the details especially when it came to getting the permit. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. The only thing that I was not happy with, was that when his workers built the fence, they attached a small metal sign, which was screwed into the fence. We live in an HOA, and you can not have any type of advertising on your property. I wish they had asked before attaching the sign. I was able to remove it.

From the beginning to the end Sergio and his people were always very professional, courteous, and punctual. The job was performed in a very timely manner. They did a great job on installing the automatic gate and the wood fence around it. I highly recommend them.

Sergio came out the same day that I called him to give me an estimate. He provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours. This was a challenging job because he was adding 20 feet of chain link fence to an existing fence that had a tree growing thru it. Sergio trouble shot the tree issue and the fence looks great. They installed 2 new magna latches and privacy panel's on my aluminum gates. Sergio himself, came out to look at the job and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied. They did a great job based on the obstacles they had to overcome. I am sure that anyone who uses this company for a new installation would be thrilled. I will definitely use them again.

Without a doubt, Sergio and his team have been the BEST. We have contracted many companies to help us with our home since we moved in and Sergio is the most professional and diligent about following up. He kept us updated throughout the process and thoroughly explained everything that was going to be done. More important, the quality of the fence is outstanding. Our yard has a significant slope but sure enough, it looks great! Even the code inspectors commented that this is one of the best fences he has seen. Each inspection was passed with ease and now we can enjoy our backyard thanks to Sergio and his team. We got estimates from four other companies before deciding to work with Sergio. They all were either overpriced, seemed shady, or never showed. If you need a fence, Samada is the only company to work with!

I initially called to inquire about repairing my driveway gate that was constantly getting stuck while trying to open and close it. Sergio called me back the same day and showed up within a few days to give us an estimate. He immediately said it would be a simple fix by ordering a new set of wheels for our driveway gate. He called back within a couple days of our estimate appointment to say that he was able to find replacement wheels and install them within a week. A major fix that we thought would be very expensive turned out to be a 200 dollar fix that we are very happy with. I wasn't even able to be home during the installation of our new wheels but that didn't stop Sergio's crew from doing the work! He was very nice and accommodating and said it would be fine to leave a check in the mailbox for him. Customer service was great, the work was done quickly, and the pricing was extremely fair. We will definitely use Samada Fence in the future if we ever need them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company for their fencing needs. Thank you so much Sergio!!! Good experience. We highly recommend this fence company. Now if only Miami-Dade County can get their stuff together before we can begin the process.

We First talked with Sergio in September and was very knowledgable, professional, and on time. We decided on Samada after several estimates and signed a contract. We had to get approval from our homeowners, the city, and drainage district which took some time. Sergio always kept us informed throughout the whole process. Once everything was approved things moved quickly. Everyone arrived on time on Tuesday January 15 and by Thursday they were finished! Sergio told us when to expect the inspectors to arrive the following week, and we got final approval on January 24. The fence is sturdy, durable, and beautiful. We are extremely happy with Sergio and Samada Fence.

So far Samada Fence Inc has been great. They were on time to my home to give me my free estimate. We have been emailing back and forth in which he has been very responsive and good in terms of being available. We are working out a price and answering questions my neighbor has since the fence is partially on their property. From what I saw on Angie's List Samada Fence Inc does nice work.

It was a pleasure to deal with the Samada fence guys. They are quite busy, as the word is out that they are very good, and so I was scheduled 2 weeks out, but that was not a problem. Once we locked in a date, they were there on time, the price was fair, and they did a great job. I don't foresee a need for further fencing on my property, but I would gladly recommend these guys to anyone.

I MET W/SERGIO SAMADA OF SAMADA FENCE ON 9/5/12 TO SEE ABOUT REMOVING OLD FENCE AND PUT UP NEW FENCE, SERGIO EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT WOULD B DONE W/FENCE. HE ALSO REMINDED ME OF MY OBLIGATION TO CONTACT MY HOA. HE EVEN SUGGESTED I CONTACT OTHER FENCE CO TO GET ESTIMATES (DIDN'T BOTHER). BESIDES THINKING HIS ESTIMATE A FAIR PRICE-I LIKED THE HONESTY OF HIS EXPLANATION OF THE JOB. A FEW WEEKS INTO SERGIO PULLING THE PROPER PERMIT HE CALED TO LET ME KNOW OF AN EXISTING PROBLEM W/OPEN PERMIT FM SHUTTER INSTALLATION I THOGHT WAS CLOSED 6 YRS PREVIOUS. THIS ALLOWED ME TO CONTACT MY CITY CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICE AND GET IT RESOLVED, IF SERGIO HAD NOT LET ME KNOW OF CODE COMPLIANCE ISSUE IT MAY HAVE BECOME AN ISUUE LATER. SERGIO DID NOT ASK FOR 1/2 MONEY UNTILL ALL PERMIT ISSUES RESOLVED. SERGIO WAS NOT ONLY PRESENT AT JOB BUT HELPED W/WORK. SERGIO AND HIS PEOPLE ADDRESSED ALL THE LITTLE ISSUES THAT SEEM TO POP W/ JOBS, IT IS TRULY NICE TO FIND GOOD/HONEST CONTRACTOR. IF ANGIE'S HAD " A PLUS" -I WOULD GIVE.
