They did a great job and encountered some uneven ground and made 'step up' adjustments that looked great.

I would recommend with no hesitation. Sergio, the owner first came by and gave me an estimate. As it was a small job he asked me if I could wait a few days, which was okay with me. He called me in the morning and advised me his crew was on the way. His young father and a helper promptly fixed what was needed. He also adjusted the gate and fixed a lock at no additional charge. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. After seeing how the work was done I will contract him to fix my daughter's fence. This job would be more expensive as it requires taking down an old chain-link fence and installing wood fencing with two gates. The price is reasonable and I'm sure the work will be done to my satisfaction.

Samada Fence did a fantastic job. I needed to replace the old fence in my backyard at the new house I had just purchased. They ripped out all the old fence (not only the fence but they dug out the ciment anchoring the post) and installed a beautiful new fence, longer by 100 feet. They were on time, very professional, meticulous and went out of their way to coordinate their work with my landscaper who was doing a complete overhaul of my yard. They also replaced for free the gate hinges that had been compromised by the landscapers keeping the gates wide for days. Their price was also very fair. My fence looks beautiful and was just inspected by the city. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Awesome, awesome, awesome can't say enough good things. Best in service, best in quality, best in price, Living in south Florida you can consider your self lucky if you can find a company who fits at least two of these. Well I can honestly say that they meet all three. Just an over all great experience. Had the new fence up and 95% completed in the first 2 days of starting. And while there was a little delay on the last two pieces (which was a special order) Sergio always kept me well informed to the progress. My yard was not left in a state that was not usable in any way while I waited. And he even came back and changed a portion of the PVC fence that was damaged by my Dog biting on it.. At no extra cost.

33138We can't say enough positive things about Sergio, the owner, and his company. He was very professional, prompt, responsive (he even responded to emails at 10:00PM when we didn't expect a response until the next morning), and his work crew were friendly, outgoing, expedient, and efficient. The quality of the work is excellent and even better than what we had in mind. Our community is strict with permits and because of this, Sergio estimated the job completion to be done in 6 weeks. However, our fence was installed and inspected in less than 3.5 weeks. Additionally, we are first time home buyers and there were things which we did not know about that Sergio informed us of- and it has been a big help. We have given his number to our neighbors who are also impressed with the quality of work. I would definitely use Sergio again, and I would highly recommend him to family and friends. To top it all off, his pricing was very competitive.

Great... the Samada crew showed up on time, completed the work in half a day, and cleaned up after the job. The price of the job was more than competitive and the fence has never looked better. Samada Fence is a family business and I recommend the company highly. There were no don'ts!

He did a very professional job of presenting his design and measurements, and was extremely competitive on price. He also took care of obtaining the necessary permits. Sergio was punctual and did everything he said he would do. His crew fixed the cement fence I currently have on which the new doors would be hung. He fixed this at no charge. Sergio came to the jobsite the day after to check on the work.I wiil definitely use samada fence in the future and I'll recommend them to everyone that needs fencing.

We recently bought our house in Weston, Fl only to find out later that the fence did not comply with city zoning laws. The fence was apparently encroaching on the flood easements and to make it worse the permit was never completed! We had received warnings and possible hearing called for this, needless to say we were worried. We looked on Angie's List and contacted several fence contractors in our area. Sergio Samada (owner of Samada Fence) gave me a reply literally within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came by personally to talk to us and to take a look at the fence. We went through with him about our problem and he was quick with a solution and a can-do attitude. Sergio personally handled the application process for a new legit permit with the city. Once he got the permit work was done very fast, within a week or so. It was only delayed due to the rainy weather which made the ground too wet for the fence. During this time we had received an official notice of a hearing on the old fence permit violation. However Sergio did the work in time and even contacted the city and the inspectors to have our case dismissed. Overall Samada Fence has been absolutely wonderful. I can't say how much they have helped us with our fence, from quick response to handling literally everything to their high level of professionalism. The price was very fair as well. This has been the best experience we have had with any contractor in the Weston area since we moved into the area. Thanks Sergio!

He was extraordinarily attentive and responsive. The job got quoted quickly permitted just as quick then he had the old fence removed and the new one built in one day. I though it would be a few days of interruption but by the time I got home it was done.

Samada did everything right. They promptly returned my 1st call, then showed up exactly when they said they would to get scope and dimensions of job. They immediately provided a drawing and a quotation via PDF and did the work on the day they said they would. I couldn't be happier.

Sergio arrived on time on the date requested, which was important as we only had one day in which to get estimates. I made arrangements with him over a week out, and in that time we rethought our fence and decided that we wanted aluminum pickets with masonry base and pillars rather than a wood fence. Unfortunately, he told me that they did not work with stone. He had previously partnered with someone who did this work, but they were no longer available to help. He was courteous and professional even though it was a waste of his time to have come to look at the job. Not only was he extremely polite in regards to the inconvenience, he followed up the next day with an email to thank for the opportunity to come out. I cannot speak to his work as none was performed, but in the catagories of responsiveness and professionalism he gets top rating!

The team was very open and responsive to my inquiry for an estimate. The team was punctual and showed up on time as expected to do the estimate. I decided not to pursue the fence primarily because the price - although competitive with other providers - was a bit out of my budget at that time.
