It went great from the prompt return of my initial phone call, immediate meet up for a quote, and through installation. By far the quickest response and most professional of all the companies I contacted. I thought it might be a high quote but when the others (finally, after way too long) came it, it was also the best price -- I had already given Samada my business based on their professionalism. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who needs fencing done. Really great to work with a company that is so efficient and prompt. And it looks fantastic -- even better than I had expected.

All meetings were punctual and Sergio was very responsive to all calls (including weekends). Sergio was straightfoward on explaining when to expect the permit to be approved, when to expect the project to begin and how it would take. He mentioned it would take between 1 to 2 days but all the work got done in a single day. My backyard was left impeccably clean. Almost impossible to tell anyone had been there except for the brand new fence. All the work looked top notch and you can tell it was done by professionals. Would highly recommend.

I am impressed with the quality of workmanship Sergio Samada and his crew performed. Sergio was very responsive to my e-mails and working with me through the contract process and answering my questions. His team arrived punctually at 9 a.m. on Saturday and worked quickly to remove the old fence and install the new fence. He securely anchored each fence post into the ground with concrete and carefully put up the 2-sided stockade face-boards of the fence. They also built a structurely sound gate on the premise and installed it. The whole structure is very solid. It took them a day to perform the work. They left the property clean of debris and old wood. Sergio and his crew did a very professional job. I would recommend Samada Fencing, Inc. for any fence installation.

It was very smooth. They finished the job in one day and did a fantastic job. I recommended them to my parents and now they are getting their chain link fence put in with the same company. I highly recommend. Best price in town and very high end quality. The other company was trying to charge me almost twice as much.

Sergio was great. I called him to see if he can provide me an estimate. He called me approx. 30 mins before his arrival, which we agreed he would do on our initial call, and was on time. I had an estimate within hours that was very competitively priced. Once we agreed on the price within 2 weeks he had the material and we scheduled a time for installation. It took his crew 2 days and the fence came out great. He hauled away the fence that was replaced and the area was cleaned! Sergio even followed up a few days later to to ensure that everything met my expectations. Would definitely use his company again!

Samada Fence did an excellent, high-quality job with our two gates. The workers arrived on the agreed dates and times and worked diligently until the work was completed. The work areas were neat and they cleaned up after they completed their assignment. They were totally reliable in every way. We were having additional work done on the driveway which would have impacted the installation of the fence. Sergio was very patient and worked with us to ensure the work was done satisfactorily. We will be calling them for additional work in the future. A+ without a doubt.

His price was the best and the quality of work was great. They left the area very clean when they were done and my neighbor was happy with the job as well. We failed a pool inspection because of the height of the fence between our neighbor and us. I contacted Sergio via email and had a response in less than an hour. He came out the next day to review our needs and provided a proposal the following day (a Saturday no less). It was less expensive than expected. He didn't want any money until after permits were pulled and work began. His guys showed up on time and did quality work. He personally came over and checked the gates and work and told me to call if we ever had any problems. The most punctual, professional and courteous business I've ever run across. A rare find in Miami.

Sergio and his team put up an aluminum picket fence along the lakeside edge of our property. We already had a pre-existing aluminum picket fence on 3 sides of our property and we wanted it matched. Also we have very strict restrictions from our homeowners association regarding architectural changes to our property. After researching and getting estimates from several different fence companies, Sergio clearly provided the best value for the service requested. He also was very professional throughout the process as it took quite a bit of time to get approval from the homeowners association architectural committee and the appropriate permits from the city and county. Although the process itself took much longer than I believe it should have this was not because of anything Sergio could have controlled as it had to do with bureaucracy. Sergio handled all the paperwork including the applications. All I had to do was submit an application to our homeowners association committee. Once all the approvals were in place, Sergio and his team quickly was able to have the job done in approximately one day. The fence looks great and we are extremely satisfied by the entire experience. Sergio was extremely professional throughout the process and communicated well both by phone and e-mail keeping us apprised of the bureaucratic updates. I highly recommend him and would use his company again.

Sergio was brilliant. Came as scheduled and took all the necessary information to give us a quotation. Told us what it would cost and said he could also deal with obtaining permits etc for us. His price quote was the best if four estimates that we got from different companies including one other Angie's List provider. We gave him the go ahead and agreed on a time frame for completion of the work. He did exactly as promised all within the agreed time period. We now have beautiful and durable fencing around our property and we did not have to deal with the hassle of permits or our HOA.

Sergio arrived in a timely manner for the estimate, and honored the 5% discount given to Angie's List members. His crew arrived at the time scheduled and started work immediately. Sergio estimated the job would take three days, but they were able to finish in two days. I was at work the entire second day and arrived home after they left, so I really have no input on the professionalism of the crew. From the very limited chance I've had to check out the fence, it looks beautiful. I haven't yet tried the gates but am sure they are quality, as well. If not, I'll write a follow-up review. I found Samada's price to be in line with other quotes I received. I chose Samada Fencing due to their reputation on Angie's List; I have already, and would again, recommend them to my neighbors/friends.

It went extremely well. I contacted Sergio Samada and he gave me an estimate the same day. His price was reasonable and he was very professional. I had three contractors come out for estimates and I chose Samada Fence. They arrived when they said they would, they finished one day earlier than I expected. I even changed my mind and wanted a second gate, which was no problem with them. All in all, it was a very good experience. I had a fence removed prior to them starting and the crew had left a lot of concrete laying around my yard from what they knocked from the posts. I never said a word to Sergio about the concrete, but Samada Fence removed it from my yard. That saved me lots of work, not having to bag and dispose of it. You can tell that Sergio wants satisfied customers and goes way above & beyond what you expect. The fence was installed 100% to code and inspections were completed. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sergio at Samada Fence and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Sergio is one of the most honest and professional contractors with whom I've ever had the pleasure to work. His crew came early, worked tirelessly in the heat and didn't even stop when it started to rain. They were polite, incredibly considerate of my animals (rescued rabbits, for whom the fence was really being built!), and did an incredibly beautiful job and FAST!!! I could not believe they were able to complete this work in only a few days. A huge job, but they were so efficient that they made it look easy. I thought the price was reasonable and fair. I will definitely hire Sergio and his crew to replace the rest of my fences as necessary. Thanks, Sergio!

Sergio showed up on time and gave us an estimate that same day. We emailed back and forth until we found the right design for our driveway gates. The job was done in two days. He recently contacted us with a couple solutions for gate security locks. We truly appreciate his effort to make us 100% satisfied with the job, which we are. All phone contact was pleasant and prompt. Sergio is a professional with a friendly way of dealing with the customer. He listened and wanted to accommodate "me" the customer's request. I had asked if I could have a small portion of the fence cut out so the cats could come in and out with little or no effort. This request was odd at best, and yet Sergio smiled and said, Okay, if that is what I wanted. After thinking about it, I realized what a crazy request that was! All seven outdoor cats are able to leap over the fence and still get to their food and water! The beautiful fence will stay as is. Would recommend Sergio for anyone needing a new fence.
