Sergio is very knowledgable about the fencing standards and codes. He is punctual and the job is very well done. From around 8 companies that I interviewed and got quotes, he was the only one to tell me that I absolutely needed a new fence next to my neighbor's fence due to having a swimming pool, so this did not came as a surprise. There were only some communication issues about payments which I think Sergio should have done it in a more professional way understanding more my point of view which was after knowing about other companies not coming back to fix things found in inspection, was I pay the 2nd half after we pass the inspection and Sergio offered $500 payment pending but I really wanted to pass inspection and if something had to be fixed to do it right away. We passed inspection the first time, which normally does not happen in Weston and everything worked well and Sergio even offered to come back in the future if any fence problem came up.

Sergio deserves all the praise he has been getting on Angie's List. It took a little while for me to iron out all the issues my nextdoor neighbor and I were having about what to do about the fence between our two properties. My neighbor kept changing his mind about what he wanted to do, which of course meant that Sergio had to provide me with new estimates for each change. Instead of just walking away, Sergio stuck with me and patiently answered my questions and provided me with new estimates. I really credit him with making it possible for me to resolve this issue in such a positive way -- another person would not have been as patient, or advised me as well, as he did. His crew was out earlier this week and in no time at all had the old fence down and the new one up. Best of all, my neighbor came home after being away for a few days and -- LIKES IT!!! I will definitely use Samada Fencing again if the need arises and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good fencing company.

I'm one of these people who researches a lot before hiring a contractor. It was about two months from when we started to research fence contractors to the final installation. Sergio from Samada Fence has stellar reviews on Angie's List but in order to do our due diligence we contacted 8 companies in total (between me and the next-door neighbors) for estimates. Most were companies gleaned from Angie's List as well as personal references. Overall, one didn't show up, one opted not to bid due to workload, two didn't submit pricing, 4 submitted pricing. As many here note, Sergio is very responsive to emails and phone calls and handled all paperwork very promptly. He is a real pleasure to work with. He does not have a website (as far as I know) but for any questions or information requests, he gets back to you very quickly. Removal and installation of approximately 200 linear feet of fencing took about two days. Fence passed inspection without issue. Samada Fence's pricing is in line with other bids we received. As a fence is a relatively high ticket item, for us it was worth not going with the absolute lowest bid as we wanted some peace of mind that comes with hiring someone who has a proven track record for quality and attention to customer service. We hope the fence lasts for a very long time. I definitely would recommend him to others and am happy to add to the list of positive reviews that he has earned here.

Samara fence was amazing they came right away and gave us an estimate. They did a great job and finish very quickly. They were very professional would definitely recommend them. Best part after shopping around with other companies they had the best prices.

I called Sergio Samada and made arrangements for him to come and give us an estimate. He was very nice and was easy to schedule an appointment with for the estimate. It wasn't a big job but he didn't mind making the trip although we are in Ft Lauderdale and he is in Hialeah. He emailed the estimate quickly and due to his reviews on Angie's List and professionalism up to that point- we didn't bother to get any estimates from other fence companies. I am so glad that we just went with Sergio and his company because he didn't let us down. He kept me informed, answered emails promptly and returned voice mails quickly. It was a pleasure working with him and his company. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone I know.

Sergio is the owner and handles the business. He is perfect with communication. Always answers emails and kept me up to date through the whole process. Did a simple fence nothing fancy but the job was good fence works as promised and job was done on time as promised. His price was in line with others but he shows up.

Well they got there, started tearing down the old fence, they set all the poles the first day, promptly returning the second day to finish installing our new fence. I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of their work, I got an estimate for them to do my Mom's gate. There were only two people today at my Mom's house.and the job they done was just beautiful. It's so sentimental to me because my deceased Mother left me her home and the people I'm using now and will use in the future from ANGIE'S LIST is important to me to keep her looking looking as if she's still alive.

I have used Sergio Samada twice for different fence projects. The first one was for a fence and a roll out gate which came out perfect, was done in a timely manner, and still looks great today almost a year later. The second project was done right before christmas 2013 and it was also done Extremely fast and in Perfect condition. This company is Very professional, are true to their word, and always complete the project faster than expected. Highly recommend them.

I obtained five estimates from different companies that I found here on angies list and from the very beginning, Sergio was the best. He answered phone calls and emails promptly and for the estimate visit and all follow up visits, he was totally puntual, professional and easy to work with. He listened to our needs and quoted us on exactly the fencing we asked for. I did not get anywhere close to this kind of service from any of the other companies estimates here. We did have to wait for the permit but as soon as it was cleared he was prompt to arrange the date of installation. On the installation date, they arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done in one day. Completed project was done exactly as asked and perfect. The next day the utilities company came out to state the cable lines were cut during the installation. The utilities had to redig up one post to fix the cable and I did notify Sergio who did apologize and also had someone come out the next am to recheck to post to make sure it was secure. Everything was handles really well and I am impressed with the service provided. I highly recommend this company to install fencing and I would definitely use again in the future if I ever needed this type of service.
