I have not ever had such a positive experience when having work done to my property. Mr. Samada and staff were professional and dedicated. All work was started and completed on schedule. The work was superior to any I have seen anywhere. Mr. Samada kept me informed by email, phone and in person during the entire installation. The property was left clean of debris. I will absolutely use Samada Fence, Inc., for my fencing needs in the future.

True professionals, who are second to none. Father and son business. The fence was built in three days. Early arrival of workers, and none stop working throughout the day. The owner himself digging holes, and cutting tree roots. (removal of the tree roots provided a straight kink free bottom flow of fence). I usually don't leave feedback on work done at my home, but these guys have earned it. Out of three quotes, they were the most affordable. I highly recommend!

The crew did the job quickly and very professionally. In a few places they had to cut out bamboo and palm tree roots, but got the job done and made everything look exactly right. I'm really happy with their work, fast response and professionalism.

did not use this company but had a good experience getting the quote on time. we ended up going with another company only because the other company was a few hundred dollars cheaper. we gave them the opportunity to match the price from the other company but they were unable to do so.

Could not have gone better. I called Samada fence and spoke to Mr. Sergio Samada and told him I needed a new fence and would need it soon as my old chain link needed to be replaced. He was able to come to come to the house that same week and look at what was needed. He gave me good advice on the fence and he was the one who suggested I update my gate to current code. It was a pleasure doing business with Sergio and his company. He was very professional, courteous and very patient with all my inquires. Always promptly returned phone calls and emails. He handled getting the permit which I greatly appreciated. His crew showed up promptly and completed the job in one day with no mess, stress or problems. The fence is beautiful and several people have told me it's a quality fence. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would use them again. Very good experience.

Samada is run like the best family businesses are always run. Excellent attention to detail, punctual and professional. His prices were extremely reasonable and he took care of every detail, making it very easy to do business with him. As we are renovating our house, we'll have more needs in the future for fencing, and we'll look only to Samada Fence.

Sergio, the owner, came to my property to provide a quote for the job. He was the most professional of the 3 I had called and his quote was the most competitive. He got the permit and about 2 weeks later his 3-man team came over and installed the fence in one day. An excellent job and very professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Samada Fence Inc. is a great company. I met Sergio a couple of years ago when I bought my first house. I asked him to come over and look at the fence. He walked the property with me and told me what needed to get done. He did not charge for this consultation. At that time I was working with a general contractor - fencing had to be addressed by another subcontractor. I kept Sergio's contact information because I knew that sooner or later something would happen and I wanted to hire him. Fast forward to September, 2014. I contacted Sergio and told him that I had some reconstruction to do which caused one gate to be taken down. I asked him if he would be willing to do the reinstall. He came right over to check all the pieces and immediately scheduled the reinstallation. Samada Fence delivered and then some! His crew was prompt, showing up exactly on time, and worked efficiently. They were very neat and careful. I feel that they are more like modern day craftsmen as they do such quality work and are so precise. I've had to wait a couple of years to give Samada Fence, Inc. 5 stars but that time is here and I thank them for their great work. P.S. 'When' the big storm hits South Florida I will definitely be calling Sergio in advance so that I can high on his list of customers who will need his services.

Sergio was awesome. I highly recommend Samada Fences to anyone that is in need of either fence/gate repair or complete replacement. I wish our community would have used Samada when the fences were replaced after Wilma instead of the company we opted to go with. I left Sergio a voice message and he promptly phoned me back. He stopped by a day later to review what I needed to be done. His quote was very reasonable and he was a real pleasure to work with. He mentioned that since it was not a big job, his crew would take care of it when they were in the area, which was today. They did such a good job and the equipment and nails that they used will not rust, so I will not have the same problem down the road. They also replaced all of the rotting wood and reassembled the hardware so that the gate would properly close. Samada Fences really wow'd me. Thank you Sergio. Kim

I live in an area that does not require yards to be fenced, even if they have a pool. However, my homeowners cancelled because I did not have a fence. I called several providers, all highly rated from Angie's list. One didn't call back, one called back with a VERY high estimate, never came to see my yard but estimated from a survey. Samada asked for paperwork, made an appointment, and came days before the original appointment! He knew I was in a situation, and responded quickly and professionally. I was kept informed of every step of the process. He was kind, courteous, and every man in my yard extremely professional. I hope I do not need a fence soon, but if I did I would not need to call any other providers... Samada would be my choice. I want to say....I am very hard to please. For me to write a glowing recommendation like this is a sign that this man is way beyone Excellent. He embodies what customer service should be!

Sergio came to make an estimate one day after i called him. I accepted his bid that day, since it was far more competitive than the other bids that I had received. Approximately one and a half weeks later, a crew of three men arrived and proceeded to install the fence. The complete job was completed in approximately three hours from start to finish. The fence was beautifully constructed. One of my neighbors was very impressed with the fence and asked me for a reference as he has some fence repairs to be done. I was happy to provide a reference for Samada Fence.

We had first called to find out about putting wood fencing in in place of the chain link that was there. We wound up replacing and repairing the chain link fence. They were very helpful in coming out to the house, giving us estimates, talking it over, offering us alternatives and things like that. They came out with a very good price. They worked with us to get done what we needed to get done. I'm glad I contacted them. They were very nice people to talk too. The communication was very good. They kept in touch and worked with us. The quality is very good. They got right out here the day they said they were going to do and got it done. I would recommend them.

I called for an estimate to replace a wood fence on one side of my house. Sergio himself answered the phone and advised he would stop by that afternoon , which he did , right on time ! Was very polite and professional . He gave me two options. Said he would email me the cost for option A and option B. The next morning I received his email as promised. We had a delay of a couple of days due to heavy rain storms here in Miami, but as soon as the weather allowed, the crew was here and my fence was up in one afternoon. It was a real pleasure doing business with Sergio. He was very professional and always kept me posted on the process. Sergio is a top notch professional. He came out twice once for an initial review and on the second time to correct a problem we had on the initial design. Excellent. Sergio can and gave us the estimate and quickly started the city permit etc.. Within 3 1/2 weeks replacement of the fence started. The individual that did the work have excellent working habits- they are professional and very hard working. This is a family owned company which is why the service was excellent ALL AROUND!!! I would recommend them to do any kinds of fence work. Excellent.

We had a wonderful experience with Samada Fence. Sergio answered my call right away and came to do the estimate within a couple of days. He was very professional and explained the whole process to me. He even came to my house on a Saturday when the lawn service was here to make sure my shrubs were trimmed properly for the fence installation. Once the permits were issued, they came to install the fence on 5/29 and did it all in one day. The crew was hard working and cleaned up everything after they were done. Overall, a great experience, very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
