We were really please with the whole experience with Samada. We had a small project, which was to install an aluminum fence with a gate in the middle, running about 20 feet from the side of our house to the property line that has an adjoining fence. They came out the day after we called, gave us an estimate that day. We were happy with the estimate and they asked all the right questions to ensure we would receive what we expected. They had the fence and gate made (matching our existing fence in color and style) and in a few weeks game out and installed it, which was done in a matter of a few hours. The work was professional and they even cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. We would recommend them and use them again. Great job.

The Samada family fencing business gets a five star billing in my opinion. From the moment Sergio Samada committed to making an estimate to the quick installation of the fence, every part of the effort, including the required permitting from our municipal and county governments were strictly according to schedule. Moreover, the communication was constant and clear. The team of workers, all uniformed, was very meticulous, friendly and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. It was lead by the head of the family Francisco Samada who is congenial as he is a consummate professional. My wife and I wished they did more than just fencing since they are a shining example of good service and commitment to their customers. This was a great experience!

Even though the final inspection is yet to come....I wanted to take the time to rate this company. I am incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and the quality involved in this job. I am in the (hopefully) final stages of a home remodel after buying a fixer upper. In the process of remodeling I have interacted with dozens of contractors.....and without exception SAMADA FENCE has been the most professional. From the outset Sergio Samada has gone out of his way to accommodate me in terms of giving me an estimate (the most reasonable of three) and having the patience to make a second visit to complete a relatively small job. In fact... due to a misunderstanding on my part. (my fault) .......two gates were misplaced. I called Sergio who had his men, Antonio Ramirez and Rene Avila....who were great!!) out the next day to correct the placement of the gates at no extra charge. In addition his two assistants repaired two entry gates (which were not part of the original job) and replaced the latches. He charged me only for the two latches. This is an example of SERVICE in the best sense of the word......and a rarity today. I would use (only) this company again in the future for any fencing job I had and will recommend them to neighbors and friends THANK YOU SERGIO AND COMPANY!! A grateful customer in Hollywood

I highly recommend Samada Fence, Inc. Mr. Samada was timely and professional in all aspects of the job. I had his company install a privacy fence with a gate all across the north side of the house. His team worked hard and quickly. They handled the permit with the city in a professional manner. It is important to compare apples to apples when getting estimates. The thickness of the product is important. It affects the sturdiness when a storm decided to blow through. A customer might save some money upfront getting a thinner product, but when a storm blows it down the amount you pay with a homeowner insurance deductible will bite right into the money you thought you were saving. Of coarse any hurricane has the potential to create damage, quality products will last longer. Again, I recommend Mr. Samada and team if you are thinking of purchasing fencing. Best Regards, tj

dealing with the owner, sergio was a pleasure. he was responsive, prompt, the pricing was very competitive and the work was done quickly and professionally. i would give this company an A+ if it were possible. it was a pleasure to deal with someone in south florida that kept appointments, called whenever he might be delayed for an appointment, and performed within the time frame that had been discussed from the beginning. you won't be disappointed using this company. would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

I worked with Sergio on estimate. He showed up on time as scheduled and was very quick and professional. Right away explained to me what I need to do to have the rest of my fence up to code for a pool barrier and explained to me what he will need to do to meet the code. Their price quote is good for 90 days. We met before my pool construction started and 4 weeks later when my pool was almost built and deck finished I contacted him again to schedule installation. Due to some cancellations they were able to schedule it for the following week, which was great for me, because I needed that done for inspection. They showed up on time as scheduled and because the forecast was rain later in the day, Sergio sent additional crew to get it done before then. Wow, so impressive! Everything was done in under 5 hours! The fence passed city inspection without any problems. they cleaned EVERYTHING up after they were done - it's like they were never there and a shadowbox just magically appeared! Great job and thank you very much! I did apply for a permit myself, because I didn't know who would do the job at the time and didn't want to waste time after the decision is made. They do provide assistance with permitting though, I just didn't use their services.

I had recently ordered a mini trailer to haul kayaks and bikes and I wanted to store it in my side yard, but I needed to replace the gate. The trailer was on the way, and I called Sergio and let him know what the time frame was for the trailer delivery. He showed up immediately for the estimate, and sent his quote back to me the next day. I contacted him the following week to let him know I wanted to go ahead, and he scheduled the crew to come in and dig the holes and to wait for the inspector to approve. Everything went so smoothly (I was out of town at the time), the fence was completed perfectly and on schedule. I highly recommend Samada Fencing. Sergio is a good business guy. He know how to treat clients and how to sell a good product and service! His company is punctual and works with quality. They did all the permits and papers and the las thing the asked it was the money... They showed first the job then the passed the bill so that makes his job a trustable because he trust in his client. I recommend this company a 100%!

When we moved in to our home, we had known we would want to expand the fence around our pool to include some lawn for our kids and dog. Contacted Samada, received the quote, told Sergio we wanted to move forward with the project but had to get HOA approval first. He was prompt with all needed materials that I had to submit for our HOA approval and once we had gotten it, we signed the papers and he put in all the permit paperwork. Permit was granted on a Friday and we were scheduled for the following Wednesday. Crew was prompt, worked steadily and finished in the one day we were told it would take. We are very happy with the new fence - and the crew also was able to fix our old gate since it had not been self locking. Have already recommended Samada Fencing to others!

Once the permits were obtained, Samada transformed the yard in three days, removing the old fence and extensive vegetation, then building a really sturdy, attractive fence, which for the amount of work that was clearly involved, was a good value.

It went well. They were very professional. The first day they show up right on time and started working right away putting down the poles. They said they will return to complete the work and they did. We are very happy with the work!

Sergio was very professional and responsive. He gave us an estimate, found the fence in the exact design we requested, and his crew installed it quickly, neatly and very well. We needed HOA approval and he was patient with that process. The wooden privacy fnce needed repairs and about 15-20 boards replaced and painted. All work performed was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards. They were respectful of our property and did not damage anything during the installation and repair process. Our fence project was not passing inspection. We called Samada Fence and they told me what had to be done. The work was scheduled three weeks after hiring them. The fence was finished within a week. We called for final inspection and it passed. We were so thankful for the work they did.

They left the area great after they completed it. I would recommend them. The price was good and competitive with the other ones. They arrived on time, got everything done and the place looks great.

Sergio is the BEST contractor I've found/worked with here in Miami. He is punctual, proactive, professional, and above all else a great communicator and advisor. I trust his professional opinion and his work ethic is impeccable. He worked seamlessly with the local City permitting process and everything ran smoothly. I'd HIGHLY recommend him; simply the best!

I spent about $1200. They were nice, they were honest, they gave me different options for the fencing because I have a couple of small dogs that were squeezing out between the bars of the fence and they made the aluminium fencing with the bars closer together. Now my dogs can't get out, the work was great, they were punctual, they came out when they said the would and they went above and beyond, they cleaned up afterwards, the fence still looks great a year later and it looks brand new. I'm happy. My interactions were fantastic, I called, left a message and within an hour they called me back and they were here the next day to give me an estimate an said it would take a few days to make the fence and they were here 3 days later to install.

On the day of the appointment, a team of three workers showed up on time and completed the job by min-morning. By the time they left, I had the fences we wanted. The men were pleasant, friendly and explained what they were doing.

The best experience I've ever had with a service company! Sergio came out himself to give me a free estimate and did not mind at all when I've asked him to come a second time to give me a slightly modified estimate for a different position for my fence. His price was the least expensive of three companies. I scheduled at date for the fence install and his crew arrived like clock work at 9 AM. They worked hard and efficiently and were professional throughout the entire process. They made sure my fence was perfectly level to code and cleaned up after themselves. They were kind and courteous and were very respectful of my small children that were playing in the yard while they were working. They even mailed a few wooden boards for me on a separate section of fence that were loose even though it wasn't part of the job. I will certainly use them again for any jobs and will recommend them to friends and family. I almost want to replace all my perimeter fences just to work with them again! Thank you guys so so much for an incredible experience.

I contacted Sergio Samada regarding fence repairs - we needed four posts replaced. Sergio came out to determine the scope of the repairs and had an estimate to us within hours. While we waited for when he would have a crew in the area, he kept us updated via email as to the status. One of his crews arrived right on time and completed the repairs in about an hour - amazing! The guys did a thorough job cleaning up as well. We were very pleased and will definitely call Samada Fence when we need to replace the fence.

I got estimates from 3 highly rated providers on Angie's list, and Sergio's was the best price, by far. He gave me a written estimate and let me know ahead of time that the only thing the estimate didn't cover was the permit. As soon as I signed the contract, he applied for and paid for the permit, but refused to take a down payment until he actually started the work. Putting up the new fence took 3 days, as they had to take down the old fence and fence posts first (they were way too far apart), and pour new concrete for the new posts. The fence is beautiful - very strong and robust. Since my yard is very uneven, a straight fence meant that there were gaps under the fence through which my two small dogs could have escaped. However, Sergio's team took care of that before I even knew this was a problem by nailing boards over all the gaps, so my fence is completely pet safe. This extra work was not in the contract, but Sergio refused to charge me for it. I came home from work on the second day while the crew as still there, and met Sergio's father, who proudly took me around and showed me what they had done. It's so refreshing to see craftsmen who still take pride in their work, particularly when they do work that they SHOULD be proud of. I had trimmed back the large ficus bushes that went along one side of the fence, but forgot that there were two plants right next to the fence on the other side that I should have removed as well. I forgot all about them until I found them in the yard next to the fence. Rather than being ripped out and disposed of, they had been so carefully removed that the roots were completely intact, so I feel obligated to replant them elsewhere. When they were finished with the fence, they removed all the trash and old fence - there wasn't a scrap of anything left in the yard. They clearly took great care to make sure that everything was secure, clean and tidy when they left. After they were all finished and I had made my final payment, I contact Sergio to ask a question, and he responded just as promptly (within several hours) as he had before the work was finished. Customer satisfaction is very important to him, and I highly, highly recommend this contractor.

I chose Sergio because of all the good reviews he received on Angie's List and I agree that they were well-deserved. He was thoroughly responsive from the day that I contacted him. He explained what the job involved and gave me a fair price. The team that was sent to do the deconstruction of an old wooden fence and construction of a new metal one worked diligently and professionally. I am very pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I started with Angies list because I was tired of contractors who don't show up, take your money, change their materials, do a bad job and leave me frustrated. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had. Sergio was always responsive. I faced long delays from my homeowners association with the approval process. I called Sergio for a quote and he called me back promptly, I just moved into a new house with a lake on the back, we have small dogs so we wanted to make sure no gators could potentially get to them and wanted a chain link fence installed on the backyard towards the lake. Sergio gave me a good estimate, about $600 cheaper than another company, they also replaced a side door that was broken. They were a bit busy so I had to wait about 2 weeks but that was the estimate pretty much every one was giving me. They came in and installed the fence and the new door in about 4 hours. I am very happy with the work performed and the entire experience. They did an excellent job.
