It seemed to me that it was a little difficult to get in touch with them. I got in touch with them and they said that they would come out and they made special arrangements to bring the survey to me, but they mailed it to me, but I could not get in time, because the contractor needed it right away in order to get the permit and everything. He had someone from his staff hand carry it out to me. That was one copy and then they sent a couple more copies by mail too. They were pretty accommodating about that. I think I was out when they came and did the initial survey. All I know is that getting in touch with them was a little difficult. They were very nice about bringing it out to me so that I would have it. After they mailed it and I had not gotten it when I needed it. I do not know about the quality of their survey work. I cannot really speak to that. They were basically trying find out the elevation of the ground water, where the water table was on the property. They seemed to be fine. I think that was a reasonable price, I do not know how that goes. I had to have it immediately and they were the company that, either had done it in prior times, or if someone had recommended them. I could not get the one that I had, had before. They had been recommended, so that was the one I used. I did not have time to compare prices. I did not have much contact with them. On the phone, they were nice to talk too.

Great service. They got the survey back quickly. Done very well and high quality and the fee was reasonable.
