This was the 2nd time I have hired Willy and ROCCA Contractor to do major upgrades in my townhouse. My unit is 40+years old and needed major update of the kitchen area and flooring replaced in the living area. I made an appointment to have Willy Bowan, the owner-operator of ROCCA Contractors, to come to my home and discuss the work I wanted done. He was very professional and prompt for the meeting. We discussed my ideas and looked over the needs to. As we did this Willy would add in suggestions to discuss adding a depth and quality to the project design. Willy did measurements, discussed materials, and noted all the parts of the project. He took the time needed and I never felt rushed during this process. This project was done in 2 separate phases. Phase 1 was new cabinets, new counter tops, redesign and install of sink, fixtures, and appliances. Phase 2 was some months later and included wall coverings, paint, flooring (kitchen, entrance fourier,& living area), a picnic style table w/benches to furnish a breakfast nook. This was suggested by Willy after I had told him I wanted an island type table. It ended up being a great idea and optimal use of the limited space. Overall I ended spending a little more than I wanted but the work was well worth it and I am extremely happy. I would have nothing but praise for ROCCA Contractor, Willy, and his work crew. Everyone is professional, personable, informative, and treated my home as if it was their own. Willy was always available if I had a concern and was sure to check all work that was done. I strongly recommend ROCCA Contractor for any work to upgrade your properties. I will be hiring them again when I am ready for the next part of my home renovations. Willy Bowen is wonderful, charming, and social, and I had high hopes we could do business together. I was heartbroken when week after week, no estimate came through, and then I started calling. I left four messages over a month, and then once actually spoke to him, and he said he would call me back with the quote and never did. This shocks me, as he really seemed to have the 'goods' and if going by first impressions, Willy was my first pick. But what a disappointment. I will never understand what happened here, and what is most upsetting is that he did not show me the class of calling me to tell me he could or would not do the job, knowing the family loss we had recently incurred and were struggling with, and why we needed this job done right away. So Mr. Bowen, that was not cool, and next time, take two seconds and call the customer back. I wouldn't have to rake you over the coals like this if you stepped up like you should have. The work went extremely well. The workmen were very professional, courteous, and neat. They always cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Willy Bowen, the owner, oversaw the work as it progressed to make sure the work was being done properly. I would highly recommend Rocca Contractor for all your remodeling or new work to be done.

"Smooth as silk" I would highly recommend Rocca Contractor to do any refurbishing, remodeling, or other construction needs. I was impressed with the Owner (Willy) from the first time we met. He took time to look at the job, do the measurements, and then talk to me about exactly what I was looking for. During this discussion we covered work to be done and the budget requirements. Willy then took this information and designed a proposal of work, costs, and time. I was happy with this written proposal and hired ROCCA Contractor to do the work. The work was finished in budget and in half the stated time. Willy and his men did not leave until I was able to say I was happy and the cleanup was done. When I looked at the completed project, all I could say was this is beautiful. I will Hire ROCCA Contractor again. I have spoke to Willy about my next project of a complete kitchen upgrade. I am expecting a proposal for this in the near future.

Willy was great and both bathrooms came out spectacular.

The entire process went extremely well from beginning to end! Willie always came by to make sure the work was being done & being done properly. He kept me informed about everything! The work was paid for by my insurance company through the mortgage company and that process alone was a nightmare. They gave me such a hard time with the funds to distribute payments for the work being done, but Willie was very understanding & patient with me. We experienced alot of bumps to get the funds to him. in the end it was all worth it. I had new cabinets, beautiful quartz countertop, recessed lighting installed, popcorn removal for the entire downstairs area, and new crown molding/ baseboards. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and I would absolutely recommend Rocca Contractor to anyone needing work done. Willie and his crew are very professional, on time & very easy to work with.

I cannot recommend Rocca Construction and Willy Bowen enough. Willy is a man of integrity and knowledge, a rare commodity in South Florida. Although Willy's crew performed the work, he stopped by often to make sure that everything was going according to plan. He is getting ready to replace the faucets in my big bathtub to make them match the bronze accessories in the bathroom. I very highly recommend Willy and his crew!

Willy was excellent to work with. With all the difficulties working in a large condo building Willy and his crew were very professional and respected all the rules and regulations. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out before he could get started and Willy handled it like a champion. The bathroom came out beautifully. The workmanship is top notch. I love the look and Willy’s design is gorgeous, I love it and I would hire Rocca Contractor again for any remodeling needs I have.

The project was originally only going to be a bathroom remodel, new tile throughout the house and repairs to a back room that had been damaged by Irma. The age of my home combined with the fact that it had been some time since any significant updates had been completed meant that we hit quite a few snags along the way, some major and some minor. No matter, Willy and his team always went out of their way to keep the project(s) moving. Even working until 10pm one night to make sure that I had a working toilet. Having someone like Willy, who took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, share my vision for this house and would share suggestions or ideas... is truly priceless. Anytime I had a question or concern, Willy was always available to go over things and would address them immediately. I placed a great deal of trust in Mr. Bowen and his team and I was very happy with the outcome and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The work done by Rocca was excellent. Willy Bowen and I had to communicate completely by email because the property is a rental (I live across the country) and he kept me well informed throughout the process. I trusted him to choose the tile, glass door and shower head, etc. and was not disappointed in the end result. I found him to be professional and honest. The job was done on time and within budget. Highly recommend!

This is one of the few occasions where the estimate match with the invoice! They advise me about best material to use for my bath, difference in price and performance, etc. I really appreciate that... because I didn't know much about the different options available on the market. They were honest and did exactly what they offered, on the time agreed. I will use them again if I need another work at home!

At the beginning of the job, Mr. Bowen gave me few recommendations I pleased to accept, he owns a lot of experience and great ideas to redecorate. Mr. Bowen and his crew did a very clean job, very patient guys and transparent cost, no trick and no pain. I hired Rocca Contractor to repair some damage left a Tenant in the property, we had to paint all interior, repair some ceiling water damage from the A/C unit and replace master bedroom and loft area, The company was very professional, finish the job as promised definitely will hire again

My wife and me had interviewed other contractors companies and know the many awful stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. Mr. Bowen was always professional, patient and courteous. This company quote system is very specific and accurate. Mr. Bowen offered me his ideas and definitely our project improved greatly.
