R RIOS CONCRETE SERVICE

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! When I gave him the dimension over the phone, he quoted me $800. I told him that,I had an emergency (mistake #1) and needed it done within 2 days, before I left town. He agreed. When he came to do the job, he said he could not do it for less then $1000! Ok Here comes the really bad part. On July 29th, they removed the grass that was in the work area and threw it over the adjacent grass. It started raining towards the end of the job, so he asked me if he could pick up the wet grass tomorrow. I agreed in good faith. My cousin called him every day while I was out of town, he always said tomorrow he would come. When I came back on Aug 14, the old mounds of grass were still there. I called him every day. On the 19th, he sent someone to pick up the mess. The grass that was left had killed all the adjacent grass under it, leaving me with a 2 to 3 ft wide perimeter of dirt all along the border of the concrete. He will not returned my call since. Today is the 27th of Aug.

THE JOB DID NOT TAKE LONG AND LOOKS PRETTY GOOD. I WAS AFRAID HE WOULD HAVE TROUBLE RAISING THE FLOOR TO KEEP IT ALL EVEN WHEN HE ENLARGED IT BUT I WAS WRONG. HE DID A GREAT JOB!
