I had my windows and doors replaced. The installers were very professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. The dust during/after the installation was minimal. The installers were also very pleasant and respectful, and left my house spotless. Cleaned everything and took all the garbage with them. I didn't have to do any work after they left.

We had a great experience working with this company for the purchase and installation of our hurricane impact windows. There were no high pressure sales techniques and the price was reasonable for the type of windows we purchased. The salesperson, Mike Phelps, assisted us in obtaining our rebate and was responsive throughout the process. Installation was great. They showed up on time and were very clean and neat. They used the proper materials and even changed out the wood around one window that had some minor preexisting damage. They finished the installation, cleaned up, and cleaned the windows all within the timeframe they originally quoted us. We highly recommend this company.

After hearing horror stories about window replacement I was skeptical about even going thru this process. Extremely surprised and happy with Prestige windows and doors! From the sales process to completion received honest and transparent communication. Doors and windows arrived earlier than they promised, installation was professional, clean and they did an amazing job at minimalizing damage to existing paint and frames. Follow up on completion has been excellent and correcting a couple minor details has been quick. Thank you for an easy and professional process!

This company Prestige is not getting back to us. We has paid them over $50,000 for hurricane proof windows and doors over a year ago. They did finally install the windows and some of the doors this summer. At the end they said they could not replace the front door and they would refund us. They never did. Last month they said they would replace the garage door that that we paid for. They never showed up. Now they are not getting back to us at all. It doesn't look good. I don't know if they are are financially in trouble or just bad people.

Prestige Windows and Doors did an amazing job installing our impact windows. The workers made sure to keep our home clean and mess free. They left no trash once the installation was finished. The installion team communicate with us through the entire window installation process. The office also communicated with us as well and were promoted with responses to our questions. They did an amazing job with the installation and would definitely recommend others to use this company for installation services.

Prestige is excellent! I had 8 windows and 2 French doors installed. They are very quality and the installation went smoothly. They have excellent customer service and worked with my HOA and the City to secure permits and provided all details to them. The workers did a great job and cleaned up every day and were present for the inspections. They made the process seem very routine! I highly recommend them!

I'm very happy with my new windows, Fast service. I ordered them last January and delivered it on May. The price was fair. The only downside was the installers did not speak English, so its hard to communicate with them but the project manager answered all my questions.

I recently Apr 2022, used them to replace all windows in my house. Financing was easy and they were more than accommodating in allowing to add cash to lower the financed portion during the process. But the installers really are the highlight, as they are methodical and careful window by window, very professional and courteous. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone in the residential area.

Very pleased with my experience with Prestige Windows. Communication and expectations were amazing. Servicemen were on time with scheduled appointments. Had 4 hurricane windows installed on the 2nd floor. One odd shaped window. They did a great job manufacturing and installing. Crew cleaned up after install. Will be using again in the future.

Prestige did an excellent job. Though my home was built in 1941, Tony at Prestige helped us to decide on the style and color that would be best. After many changes we agreed to proceed. Prestige sent out 2 installers, Alex and Leody. They were absolutely professional. They enclosed the area for each window, minimizing dust and debris. They maintained the window sills and more importantly they preserved the Dade County Pine siding overlay. They cleaned after each installation. the completed job is amazing. We're completely satisfied.

After checking with and interviewing several local window companies, we purchased 19 CGI high impact windows and doors from Prestige Windows & Doors for our home. We were very pleased with the service and the presentation at the sales phase. Now that the job is completed, we have only high praise for both the product and the installation, which includes the performance by the installers. We looked for something wrong and found nothing. Great experience! I would recommend this company with full confidence. The entire process was smooth and they took care of everything that had to do with permits and the city. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable in the company and they followed up until the job was done. I am so happy with my windows.

I collected three estimates through research and references. One estimate was less than PW&D but the other vendor didn't square up the comparable quality and chose PW&G. Cost was still among the market. Great project mgnt work from Joe from the beginning. Putting aside the current resource delays everyone is impacted by, they were timely, friendly, professional, and everything as contracted. The windows and doors installers were detailed, methodical, and met the completion time. Installation, design follow up, inspection, project closing, and the respective company section email communication were overall great! I recommend based on quality and professionalism!

They are clean, they come on time, the work is impeccable, quality of the job is impeccable.

Just had the job completed by Prestige and they did such a great job I sent an email to the company congratulating them for having such a wonderful TEAM. From the salesman, installation team, clerical and project managers, everyone knew what needed to be done and I was so happy with the finished project.
