Description of Work: I called Prestige to make an appointment for an estiamte. I spoke to Robert and explained to him the issue with the front door window. He explained that impact windows can crack and that it could be repaired instead of replaced which would cost a lot. He gave me someone to contact for repairs. I really appreciate their honesty. Very few companies if any would do this. Thank you!

Description of Work: They did not show up to the appointment! Did not even call... |I hired Atlantic Armor 24 hours later. |Prestige Windows decided to call 6 days later...saying they had technical difficulties.
