Company sent out husband and wife duo to install all the items. I admired how attentive and professional the duo worked on all my items. They're work lasted for a 10-day period with the duo took off only on Sunday. I had 3 city inspections and because of they're excellent work, I passed all the city inspections. The project manager, Guillermo C was also very professional and he was a great pleasure to work with, Guillermo made sure to tell me that if I had any questions to give him a call at anytime. I did have to call to him a few times with questions and he answered all of them. I would strongly recommend that any customer read the contract , If you had any questions about the contract I recommend to seek explanation from an attorney. I consulted an attorney and I am very glad that I did because it helped me to understand exactly how the company fulfills their contract. I am very pleased with all of the excellent services that I received from this company. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for excellent work in installing impact windows and doors.

I hired Prestige for my window project. Overall, they were a great company to work with. They were responsive when it came to providing me with updates on the arrival of the product and with permitting as well. When they came to install, they did a great job! They handled the products with great care and they made sure to leave my windows secure and in beautiful conditions. My only frustration was with the install manager getting back to me and to schedule service for one window. It took quite some time to get it resolved but, it was eventually resolved. Regardless, I am happy with my windows.

I had windows that needed replacing. I checked with many dealers and contractors and Prestige seemed like the right fit for me. They were quick to send someone over to talk to me about the product, as well as measure my windows. They had so many options to choose from, and I found the right product, style, glass color and tint for me. Installation was pretty fair. I would recommend they hire better installers since there were some areas that could've been done better. Overall, great experience.

We were looking for great window company to help us install hurricane windows and doors. We looked at different dealers and got many quotes to choose from. When we had a scheduled appointment with Prestige Windows & Doors, we decided to go with this company. The salesperson was very nice, very knowledgable about the product, and extremely helpful with helping us choose the right style and products for our home. There were some minor hiccups with delays from manufacturers and with getting our install date, but overall they did a great job. We have beautiful impact windows and doors now!

But overall, they did order my products, gave me an installation day, and sent a professional installation crew to my home. I’m happy with the windows and doors. Prestige did a great job with my windows and doors. For the consultation, they came out and showed me samples to see which I would prefer and I was happy with my choice. They explained how long the process was gonna be and how long it would take to get the products from the manufacturer. All in all, the installation crew were hardworking, considerate of maintaining my home clean and providing professional work ethic. I recommend them.

Great experience with Prestige. They handled everything for me and gave me a time frame on when my windows and doors would be arriving, as well as when the installation would take place. The installation was pretty good. The installers came in and took the time properly installing the windows and doors. We had to wait a bit for the handle to arrive, but overall, great experience.

I'm very happy with my impact windows. The product is beautiful and durable, even though it is expensive. The staff at Prestige Windows and Doors was truly professional, informative, and helpful.

I have no complaints with this company. The process was fairly easy with my initial quote, and the permitting, and with the final inspection and final payment. Prestige came through with my beautiful windows. The lead time wasn’t too bad especially with COVID affecting businesses. They took time with the installation and took care of every last detail.
