I purchased an old home that had single Payne windows and sliding glass doors as well as non-hurricane proof doors. I was doing renovations to my home and wanted to make it more energy efficient as well as not have to worry about putting up shutters in hurricane season. I reached out to a few companies for quotes but Prestige's price was the best and they offer financing. All of the hurricane windows are made to order so the turn around time does take some time but it is worth the wait. These windows are so easy to open and close, block out so much noise and keep the A/C in. Robert and Cristina were very helpful throughout the entire process and Bobby made sure the install went flawless. Since I had so many openings to do the install took several days but Bobby stayed on top of everything. Prestige is a fantastic company and went above and beyond my expectations. My house has a totally different curb appeal with these new windows. I could not be happier.

What can I say not only was the salesman so very helpful and knowledgable but its a rat race choosing windows and there was no pressure sell. I even had the owner come check measurements and consistent access throughout if I had any questions. The installation was incredible and the aftercare superb! This company was so professional and as its Still family owned despite its size. I would highly recommend them Good Job!

We are extremely happy with how our Impact windows and doors came out..My neighbors have been asking about my doors. It was well worth the money..we are pleased.

From the first phone call to this company everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The quality of the materials was first rate and the competence of their installers was absolutely the best. Time frames were met, materials were exactly as presented and their attention to detail was more than we expected. We contracted with them through the Ygrene program, who provided several companies to contact. Prestige was the ONLY one that responded correctly and professionally and should be the ONLY company you consider if you are planning on installing windows and doors. Our sales rep, David Woodling, was a pleasure to deal with and is a very good representative of the company. The owner, Robert Scavuzzo, gave us personal attention and has followed the job every step of the way. Our house now looks very up to date and beautiful and is fully prepared in the event of a storm. In addition, because of the way we were treated, we are now having additional work done with them. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

Installers were very polite and professional. Great attention to details and cleaned up after each day of work. Installation completed on time and without having to do any re-work. Tremendous improvement with insulation. My house is much cooler. I have a piece of mind that we are more secure. We will recommend CGI Windows and Prestige Windows to anyone.

After having about 6 companies come out, we picked Prestige because they were the only ones up to the challenge of replacing non-conventional windows with hurricane impact windows without altering the architectural look of the house. We moved into a modern house in Miami with a few unusual openings which were a challenge to get replace with impact windows. We have two huge 1/4 round picture windows none of the other contractors wanted to touch. Some suggested splitting them in half which would have looked really ugly altering the modern simplistic look of the house or altering the size of the opening, which we did not want to do. The second challenge was an opening that slants in 45 degree angle with several panels which serves kind of like a sky light. It was custom designed by the architect for this house in the late 80's. Nobody wanted to touch it. (Regular "conventional" windows are made to fit using 90 degree angles in the corners. When presented with something other than that, nobody wants to do it as it requires more work actual engineering to create and install in a custom opening) The owner, Robert Scavuzzo, came out himself to look at all opening, talk about options and later provide us with an estimate. The windows he recommended, Sentinel/CGI also seemed to be of a superior quality than what had been recommended by other companies. Even so, their price remained competitive to others and even lower to than two others. Overall the installation went well. They were very professional and relatively clean. They usually would prep the area they were working on with a plastic barrier cover creating kind of a wall to reduce the spreading of dust and they covered with plastic the furniture in the area and protected the floors. The windows and sliding doors that were regular sized arrived and wet installed relatively quickly. From beginning to end, it did take quite longer than estimated and expected, but to Prestige's defense, they did run into some delays with the custom 1/4 rounds and the sky light as it was 2 different manufacturers and they did not deliver on promised date. But once the windows were available, the installation proceeded fairly quickly. There were some minor leak problems with the custom skylight after the first heavy rain but it was addressed quickly and resolved. For any other minor issues I've had after installation they have been very responsive and addressed them all in a timely fashion. I do realize that if we would've had conventional sized windows, the work would have been done much quicker. The first 18 windows and doors were replaced in about a month. It the wait in getting the custom giant windows delivered that caused most of the delays and probably the reason no one else wanted to do it. For that I give them credit. Not only for taking up the challenge, but for following through when certain unexpected issues arose during installation of these challenging custom openings and finding the proper solution. If something didn't work, they were willing to re-do it if necessary to make it work. So in summary, I would highly recommend for their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.

Prestige did a fantastic job! They installed new CGI impact windows and doors for the entire house. I was very pleased with the CGI windows and the installation. The installers were very professional. They arrived on time, spoke English, were careful not to break any window seals, were respectful of my house/property and the installation turned out very nice. It is important to note that I got bids and interviewed many window vendors. Most of these window vendors did a lot of talking but would not put much of it in writing. Prestige backed up what they said to me in person by putting it in the contract.

VERY WELL. FROM THE BEGINNING TO END I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND EVERYTHING WAS KEPT CLEAN. I WAS OUT OF TOWN DURING THE DOOR INSTALLATION AND CAME BACK TO A COMPLETE INSTALLATION.

Work started with Prestige's crew arriving early and punctual in the morning. I was explained what work was going to be done and given contact information for the labor supervisor if I had any questions. The installation crew was polite and respectful. There were some issues during the initial installation, but Robert the owner personally came down and addressed the problems and we were able to move forward with the job and I am now completely satisfied with the finished project.

2 days for 17 openings

The entire process of replacing our old windows and doors to new energy efficient impact windows and doors started very scary and overwhelming and we initially thought extremely expensive until we found Prestige Window and Solar. The other companies sales people we met with were very pushy with their one or two specific product options and simply did not offer nearly the options or information that Jeff and Robert did from Prestige. From beginning to end they were perfect in explaining every detail allowing my wife and I to really understand the benefits and negatives of numerous manufacturers products. They spent all the time we needed answering all of the questions and concerns we had to make sure we had the best possible fit for our needs and budget. They were on time, on budget, professional, courteous, clean, and punctual(they actually finished a week early). They even financed the entire project with an incredible financing plan where we pay less than $200 per month. I could not be happier. I have already recommended them to two of our friends who have since ordered their new windows and doors as well. Unfortunately Miami has a lot of unreliable and dishonest companies and people working in the home construction and renovation space. Prestige is the exact opposite of these people. I highly recommend them to anyone even thinking about replacing their windows and doors.

Extremely efficient and kept us updated through out the process (i.e. during permit process and actual install). Interruption to our work day was minimal. Prestige's employees were extremely polite, clean, and very professional. Highly recommend.

They did a very good job providing the complete service

From the start of the job, there was constant miscommunication within this firm's team. The owner, Rob, seems to have little time to communicate with his team on site and leaves the oversight to project leaders. These project leaders sometimes show up and sometimes don't. They give you a cell phone number that has no mail box so that you cannot reach them if there is a problem. Sometimes the crew shows up in the morning, sometimes they don't - first thing in the morning is apparently a relative term. If something goes wrong during the day with the install, the crew will leave and you are stuck - you are never told exactly what is wrong and you are sometimes left with windows and doors that are not finished/secured. I can only hope that the quality of the install is okay because at this point, i have serious doubts about the entire job. My recommendation: find a another firm to do your installation as you will have more stress with this team than could ever be expected. I also found it interesting that there was fluff found in the original quote for the price of the work - only when another contractor on the job questioned what was included in what Prestige was going to deliver did Rob seem to have restate his quote. Again, beware of this contractor.

The provider failed to return my call requesting a quote.

They were very professional, always courteous, and reasonably priced given the high quality of the product. Since the windows and door were custom-made, we were kept informed of the status of their production, as well as the timetable for completion. The installers were on-time, courteous, worked diligently, and paid attention to detail. The owners/office personnel kept us informed of the status of the job (which days, times, etc.) and the job was completed as scheduled. Overall, we were very pleased with this company. We have recommended them without reservation to numerous family members and friends. Prior to deciding to go with Prestige, we asked them for a few references and they provided several. I spoke with them, and they had nothing but great things to say about the company, including the quality of the windows and the installation.

Work done on time, happy of results. Strongly recommend.

We replaced our old french and sliding glass doors with hurricane doors and windows. All work was very professional. Robert and Christine were very helpful and available whenever we needed. All the installers were extremely professional with their work and very clean. We love the way the job turned out.

Overall the project took six months to complete because of my travel schedule and several issues raised by the City of WPB. Robert and everyone at Prestige worked hard to complete the project around my schedule and meet the city's demands.

Each step of the way Robert went above and beyond to ensure that we were aware of each step of the process. On the factory warranty replacement he worked directly with the manufacturer in replacing and installing every detail down to the previous hardware that was defective. The team worked quickly, quietly, and was extremely clean during and after the entire project. The same for our other property. We could not be happier.

Prestige contacted Marvin Windows to secure the replacemetns covered by Marvin's warranty, came to measure all the windows that needed replacement, and did all the replacement work in a careful, quality oriented manner. the Prestige staff was also sensitive to working at home while my home was continuously being used by my family, and was courteous and responsive at all times to our needs so that the replacment work and the daily living activities coexisted in a hassle free manner. i would wholeheartedly recommend Prestige Windows to any homeowner that wants to replace their windows.

The salesperson, Lou Banis, showed up on time. However, he wasn't happy once he realized that I was NOT interested in all the other services he tried to sell me, eg A/C, insulation, pool equipment, etc and only wanted a solar pool heater. He only measured the roof after I insisted and provided a ladder. He didn't want to give me a written estimate and insisted I sign up today. He litlerally said "The total price is $4420. how do you want to pay" - no written estimate, no breakdown of costs, no detailed explanation of warranties etc. He didn't have any samples that he could show or printed materials of the product he could give me. Honestly this company didn't come across as one that I would like to do business with.
