Prestige Windows & Doors

I contacted Prestige through Angie's list and got an email from them that I would be contacted within 2 days. I never heard from them. More than a week after they were supposed to call, I got a call from Seth at 6 p.m. I couldn't talk then so I told him to call me the next day. He said "What time?" I said "In the morning. You can definitely reach me before noon." He said ok, he would call me in the morning. I didn't hear from him until 4 p.m. He said he was busy. I told him I didn't have confidence in the company now after these botched phone contacts. He hung up quickly. I wrote them an email telling them they failed. Someone from the company called me the next day, apologized a lot and said "Let us make it up to. I guarantee, if you let us give you a proposal it will be worth your time" so I agreed to an appointment on Tuesday (today) at 10 a.m. Guess who didn't show up? At 10:30 I called the company and after 5 tries finally reached someone to tell the woman that, once again, Prestige did not follow thru with an appointment. They said someone would be at my house at 11. At ten minutes after 11 Michael showed up. I told him I had a 1 p.m. appt. somewhere else so had to leave by 12:30. He had his script to stick to and his job of convincing me to go with them so, of course, he had his agenda and my time/appointment was not important to him. I was late for my 1 p.m. appt. Michael stayed at the house working and when I returned he had a proposal: $35,000+. That was higher than the other 2 estimates I had received. He wanted me to sign right then but I refused and told him to email me the proposal with detailed information. I felt I was being pressured into signing right then. He offered to take $2000 off if I signed right then but I still refused. I wanted to read the proposal and the details. When I got the email proposal a few hours later it was for $42,000+. Wow, what a jump and certainly now way more than either of the estimates from the other companies. I have no clue why this company has good ratings. Every interaction I had with them has turned out badly. New information: After I wrote the review I got a text from Michael who said the increased estimate of $42,000 was an error and written by mistake. He said the original estimate of $35,000 was the one to consider.

The company was prompt and the windows and doors arrived with in the time estimated. The personal service provided by Chris, Bobby, David and the crew was outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the final product. The product we chose to install arrived with a manufacturer defect in the sliding glass doors and Chris immediately called the company and had replacement doors ordered and expedited to not delay the completion of the job. Although we still have one door that has not been replaced, I am confident that the excellent customer service we have received will continue to the completion of this project. Overall Chris and the crew made sure to address all of our questions and concerns, to ensure that we were happy with the installation and final product. We were very pleased with all aspects of this home improvement project and would gladly use Prestige Windows again.

Went great, Prestige is very responsive. They also have a physical store really close by, so you can stop in if you have any questions.

Using this company was a great decision.The whole experience was wonderful. We had every window and door in our house replaced. The prestige salesmen, installers and employees were extremely helpful with all questions I had and handled everything. All appointments were on time and simple and I could tell that the employees had a great deal of experience and really knew what they were doing. I was so pleased to have so many options and be able to choose exactly what I wanted. The installation process was very simply and everything was done on time and very professionally. The installers left my house perfectly clean and made me feel very comfortable. I could not be happier with the job that was done and how easy the entire process was!

You would be foolish not to use this company! First our salesman Dirk was very responsive and went thtough all our options with the replacement windows and doors. He was vey thorough in explaining window types, prices, permitting, and installation procedures. Upon installation, the job was supposed to last 5 to 7 days; our installers Bobby & Danny completed the job in 4 days. And what a fantistic job they did, even the Building Inspector was impressed. These 2 gentleman were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work; they paid serious attention to every detail. I highly recommend using this company! Robert.

It was a great experience! Definitely a lot faster and easier than I expected. They made me feel very comfortable with the respect they had to everything in my home. They were extremely helpful and did an immaculate job with everything. They left everything exactly as it was when they arrived and answered all of my questions fully and right away. They made the whole process very simple and smooth.

Salesman was professional, explained everything in detail. Installation crew was great, organized and clean. I had some minor hiccups with one of the windows arriving with a broken glass but the company immediately ordered it and changed it when it arrived, I don't blame them this can happen to anyone and it's not prestige fault. Overall good company, very responsive and professional.

After much research as to replacing my rear door with a hurricane rated door, I chose to make my purchase with Prestige and bought a CGI 3 Point Hurricane Rated Door. Originally I was going to find my own contractor to do the installation but ultimately decided to have Prestige do the installation. Their sales team from the beginning were professional and informative. And their installation team did quality work. I want to thank My salesman Michael Press, owners Robert Scavuso and Chris Kirby as well as install manager Bobby and his install team. Overall it exceeded my expectations. I reccomend Prestige to anyone who needs quality windows and doors.

The sliding glass doors in my condos were in dire need of replacement. When I called Prestige for a quote their costumer service was above par from start of the estimate to the finish work being done.

They took care of the installation and permits-we ended up using CGI aluminum impact, there service was great they took only 5 days to do my townhouse, all while I was living there, the salesman was very knowledgeable, came by to see that everything was going well, they also have a project manager, Bobby he was there also every morning to see that I was happy and if I had any questions, they cleaned up at the end of everyday, my house feels so quite now, the salesman was James Higdon/Juan was the manager I am happy with them and the CGI windows and doors

It went very well! The company kept their work clean and professional. The installers were nice, punctual, and were able to answer all of my questions as well. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done, and my house looks great! I am very satisfied with my new windows and doors.

This company provided excellent service. They were helpful figuring out all of the complicated details and the installation went extremely smoothly. This is obviously a company that cares about service. They made all aspects of the process easy to manage and were helpful with every request that we made. They were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves. For this high end product, prices were reasonable. I feel much safe now that these windows have been installed. They also offer flexible ways to pay. I give them my highest recommendation and you will npt be sorry if you order from them. Many similar companies use high pressure tactics but I never felt pressured to purchase.

The service was excellent and they definitely put the customer first. The quality was absolutely incredible and I am extremely pleased. All of the workers were very friendly and kept our house immaculate, making sure they left everything exactly how they found it. The after care service was wonderful and they actually came out and explained to us how everything worked personally. I would definitely recommend this company, they were absolutely superb!

The whole process went very well throughout the entire time it took to install our windows and doors. The provider made everything as easy as possible while providing excellent service. Both the doors and windows look exactly how we wanted and work perfectly to this day. Furthermore, the provider allowed the installing of the windows and doors to happen at a time that was most convenient to our family.
