From the start this company was very cordial. The sales representative explained everything clearly to me and helped me figure out exactly what I needed, other company where more expensive but Chris made sure he gave me the best price and service keeping in mind my budget. The service people where very professional and finished the job quickly and cleanly. I am very happy with the service provided by this company and will definitely recommend it in the future.

I had my windows and sliding glass doors replaced with this company a couple of weeks back and I can truly say that I am 100% satisfied with their service. Their installers were amazing. I had to leave early most morning and I would leave my keys with them, when I came back home everything was in perfect condition and clean. They finished in less than a week and my the house looks great. I will definitely recommend this company.

I initially received around 7 estimates from other different companies, Prestige were not the cheapest but I am 100% happy I went with them. The sales rep was always on time, answered all of my questions and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Their installers are very professional and make sure the job is done at the highest quality. Superb company, I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Right from the beginning the salesman showed up and left no questions unanswered. From 3 estimates they where not the lowest but after speaking to the representative he was flexible on lowering the cost remarkably. The process was explained and later on everything happened the way it was supposed to. The installers were excellent, the only problem was the back patio door, the locks would not line up correctly but the supervisor came promptly and got everything sorted out the same day. All the interiors and exteriors where repaired and finished ready for paint. My house looks beautiful and it is insulated from noise and weather. Over all great job and I highly recommend .

Once I signed the contract I received my doors in a few weeks. I am very happy with the service provided. The sales office is the best. All the girls at the front office are very professional and very helpful. The doors look absolutely gorgeous.

I contacted prestige a couple of month ago because I needed to change all the windows and door in my home. After the adviser came to my house I was convince that this was the company for me so I signed up and a couple of weeks later I had my windows and doors installed . Their sales rep came to my house and gave me an ok estimate. I did not agree, but then they adjusted the price and everything else went well except for the installers were not professional.

I thought the time from ordering to actual installation was excessive (3 months). Otherwise, the job went well, the doors look great, the installers were prompt, courteous and professional.

This company is impossible to contact. I wasted 30 minutes today repeatedly attempting to call Prestige to schedule an appointment for a free estimate for purchase abd installation of windows via BOTH of the telephone numbers they list AND via the email contact form on their website yet all appeared to be out of order. A VERY FRUSTRATING WASTE OF TIME!!!

The work has not been done yet, but the service so far has been professional and pleasant.

They were very professional and courteous. The job took three days. They replaced two windows in sunroom and a door, as well as the doors to the garage and the front of the house. They made sure everything in the room was covered before starting the work. They worked diligently until the job was finished. Not an easy job when you are replacing windows and doors. They finished everything perfectly, the molding, the frame and the sills that needed some repair when the windows were taken out. I recommend them highly and would definitely use again.

The windows are beautiful. The house looks brand new It was a big expense but worth every dollar. Our house is now Very secure and the noise reduction is absolutely fantastic. The installers were clean and very professional. Highly recommend the Prestige team!
