I was very pleased with the project Prestige Windows & Doors handled for me, they were effective and organized I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do any renovations to their home. From the beginning they built a great rapport and were on top of my project!

Prestige was great. Their salesman was very polite and informative – with very reasonable pricing. Their permit specialist did an excellent job of having the design approved – calming me down along the way when the City gave push back and working through the City’s objections. Their installers were very courteous and quick – making sure to ask if there was anything I would like them to do to make sure I was satisfied. From the beginning to the end of the project, I was happy with every aspect of the project. I’m happy to refer all of my friends and family to Prestige. I have no doubt I would turn to them in the future

Chris, from sales, was a top notch salesman. He took his time and explained the different options that his company offered. Luis, our installer, was very professional and personable. It was a very smooth process. I highly recommend this company for their products and services.

Excellent experience the installers were very kind and very neat. They did an incredible job. My sales rep,Malena, very helpful and very very attentive. Kelly the project coordianator was great with any question I had. The coordination of the project and the overall quality of the work was a great experience.

I'm very glad I found this company on Angie's list. Evey guest I have is always complementing my new windows! The installers they had work on my house I believe his name was Jorge, was very proficient, friendly,careful,NEAT (which is a big plus for me when you have ALOT of antiques). Very very professional. The office staff is very friendly.. The project coordinator was the sweetest thing! I would always call her when I had a question and she was very kind and always had an answer for me! Very prompt with callbacks, she made me feel very confident about my job. My sales rep was very involved, always answering my emails even on weekends. If you want a company that will leave your house flawless and will always answer you no matter what time of the day, then choose these guys right here!!!

It's been nearly 6 months since we signed the contract and the job still isn't complete. Work started as scheduled, after Christmas, but they have had many problems passing Coral Gables B&Z inspections, and work is very sporadic. Many little things left to do, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I have seen their other work and they came highly recommended, so I am hoping for the best.

My Prestige experience overall was a very good one - I'd give them an A to A-. First and foremost, my salesman Chris was awesome! He was super patient during the two months it took me to bite the bullet and change out my windows. And he was very patient with all my questions, changes, and indecision. I interviewed and got quotes from 3 companies - Prestige was in the middle on price but very high on initial customer service so I chose them. My installation team of Miguel and Vladimir were obviously seasoned professionals in the art of window and door replacement. The first day all the windows were delivered, and I noted one with a slight defect. The team took that window away and replaced it the next day. TIP: Be sure to inspect your windows upon delivery. The installation team completed the work in about 5 working days (I was quoted 3-5 so this was about right). I inspected each day's work when I got home (I had a friend on the property to let the inspection team in each day) and let the project manager know what I found that needed further attention. Overall, the team did a great job installing the windows/doors. Doors were all properly balanced. Damage to the outside stucco was corrected. Plastic plugs were installed on the door screws inside the doorjamb. All screws in the base of the windows were flush and clean (not too much extra caulking as I had seen with my neighbor's project). All windows were a perfect fit, dry in the base, and raised/lowered with the proper amount of tension. TIP: Have someone else look at every window and door with you and scrutinize it closely. My team did a great job! Now for the constructive criticisms. I had several smaller issues that took nearly two weeks to resolve. The door handles were initially installed upside down and not matching. The original door handles were also very flimsy and were loose (Prestige changed out the handles for more substantial ones that did not jiggle so much). The team broke a floor tile at the base of the front door. Hey, it happens. Luckily, I had an extra one and they fixed it within a couple of days. I suspect that perhaps the team did not cover everything in plastic because I saw little pieces of debris on my comforter, but this could have just been par for the project. TIP: Be prepared to do a thorough house cleaning b/c of the fine dust that will accumulate from the installation. I don't think it can be avoided. I asked Prestige about changing all my locks to be compatible with the front door key, but they would not perform this service. I was disappointed because other companies will do this, and it was an additional $175 out of pocket expense. Not too big a deal when you're talking $17K project, but I incorrectly assume all my locks would match. My biggest criticism came after the windows were complete and it was time for the inspection. I work during the day and cannot be available at a moment's notice so my neighbor stayed here during the day to oversee the project for both our homes. My neighbor and I had some communication issues with the project manager (who was managing both my neighbor's project and mine at the same time) regarding when inspections would occur, whose condo was being inspected, etc. However, I must say that my project manager was always very responsive to my texts, even at night and on weekends. So, all in all, there will always be issues with any major project such as this, but overall Prestige did a nice job, and I'm happy with my new windows.

I cannot fully express what a wonderful job Prestige Windows did in installing all new hurricane-resistant windows throughout my house. The casement windows are such a great improvement over the aluminum awning windows that replaced the original steel casements in the '70s. They are very well made, easy to use, and beautiful. The installers did a magnificent job, despite the obstacles they faced. I am especially happy that they were able to restore the floor-to-ceiling casement array in the living room. They were very easy to work with, and I recommend them very highly to everyone.

The sales rep Dirk Eggink was responsive and worked hard to get our business. The proposal was clear professional and very competitive. Dirk responded quickly to requested changes and additions. Because of his hard work Prestige was one of the top two finalists that we considered. The only reason that we chose the other company was a personal reference from a co-worker.

We had 21 Windows and 2 Door, hurricane impact, CGI, Low E installed in our house. It is an old, wood frame house with lots of issues, termite and water damage and plenty of surprises on the way. We had cheaper quotes from other companies but we were very happy we went with the best because of the problems we encountered. They had the personnel and expertise to finalize the job and we ended up with awesome new windows and doors. Robert, the owner, came in person to check on the work and he was very nice. For the best quality of service, especially in complex project you will not go wrong with Prestige Windows and Door.

I wished things had gone better with this company, but sadly, they fell a little short of meeting a pretty (low) reasonable expectation. The first issue is that it took weeks to schedule; I missed their initial call and despite calling within hours of them having left a message, I was unable to be scheduled for another month. The contractors were very courteous, but messy. They failed to put my home back to the condition they found it. There were glass shard left on the bathroom floor & all over the alley; my husband even cut his foot on one of them in the shower. Several blinds were not hung back in place, heavy furniture was left for us to move back, and they broke a vase which was never reported to me. They attempted to clean up the big glass pieces, but failed to see the glass pieces that fell into my dog's crate. There was cement all over my outdoor tile, and they splashed cement in to my grass which in turn splattered onto the fender of my husband's 50K car!....The list goes on , but it's been just an overall poor service. They also mis-measured one of my doors, and now unfortunately, we're afraid we'll have the pleasure of having them back again to finish the job or the house off, I'm not sure which one! I did leave messages for the installation dept and my sales rep about all this that went unreturned, but I was able to speak with the service manager who has offered to send them back and fix things. I accepted their offer and will wait to see how this turns out. Finger crossed folks! ** Update - The service manager did a thorough follow up and all the issues that needed to be addressed, were addressed. In the end, all is well.

This company was very professional and did the job well. They where efficient with the installation and very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install good quality windows and doors in their home.

The quality of the product is amazing! The installers were clean. They put up zip walls in my house to help keep the dust contained. Overall the process from beginning to end was easy, smooth and efficient. My representative was great and explained everything to me in detail. My house looks beautiful and I will definitely recommend this company.

It went great! We were understandably nervous about such a big commitment, but when Jeff came to give us an estimate he was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a huge help. We had been shopping around for a company and had heard great things about Prestige; we are so glad we went with them! They fulfilled every single promise and commitment. They were always on time and clean. The 3 workers that installed the windows in 3 days and did a great job. Not only does our (older) home look updated and amazing, we are saving money on our FPL bill and never have to worry about those huge and annoying storm shutters ever again! Our family highly recommends Prestige Windows and Doors.

The price was slightly higher than the competitors, but the reviews and professionalism of the company win me over. After everything was completed efficiently and with little intrusion, I felt I would have been happy paying even more. Thanks Prestige. I look forward to changing the rest :)

The sales and install team were excellent and responsive. After our initial order we had a change of mind. Their sales team were available and accessible to the changes we required. The install team were at our house early and they were very clean and responsive to our needs. Their attention to detail was exceptional.

Prestige is an honest and stand up company. Chris Rivas was responded to my calls quickly, came out same day to measure my windows and provided me a price immediately. The installation and lead time were better than he promised. Installation crew worked quickly and left my home clean, my wife was very impressed she didn't need to clean after the work. I will be finishing up my home in a few months and I'll be calling Chris and Prestige to complete the work.

I had a great experience with Prestige. Chris Rivas was knowledgeable and helped me find the best product at a price that would fit my budget. The installation was as Chris had described, everything was done in a timely manner and when they finished my house was left cleaner than when they started. I had an issue with one of the windows, that was a manufactures defect but Robert and his service staff were quick to respond and take care of the issue. I am very happy with everything and I would recommend Prestige to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything Robert and the entire Prestige team!

The process with Prestige was flawless. The sales person, Chris Rivas, was respectful, polite, punctual and responsive. He was able to answer my questions and when he did not have an answer he was able to point me in the direction of who would be able to answer correctly. They were not the most inexpensive but we're the best value and most complete one stop shop I could find. The installers we're punctual and efficient. They went the extra mile of changing out damaged wood and ensuring that the installation was done properly on a large opening in the rear of the home. They did all the finish work as promised and closed out my permit without a hitch. I will be recommending Prestige to all my neighbors.

I am very happy with the service provided by this company. The representative who came to my home was very honest and gave me the best estimate out of several other I received. Before the project started they explained how the whole process was going to be and made sure I understood what to expect. The installer where very clean and fast and the office was constantly calling to make sure I was happy with everything and if I had questions. Over all great company, I have already referred a friend to them and will keep doing so.

I was very impressed with the entire process from ordering the windows and door, to the installation. I had several companies give me quotes, but Dirk Egglink, the Sales Territory Manager at Prestige, took the time to explain the products and I even went to their office to view the samples. With little knowledge about windows and doors, this was very helpful and the other companies didn't take the time to give me this service. Since I needed to have my homeowners association approval, the Project Coordinator, Emily Marques, completely took care of making sure that the approval was finally given. The installation was done as scheduled and the installers arrived on time and were very professional. The windows and door look great! I am already using this company again for more windows and I wouldn't even think of using anyone else. I highly recommend them.
