There were some issues with the installers. They were delayed in getting a crew to install the product, and once the installers came they did not seem familiar with the sliding doors they were installing. Initially, they were not able to properly install them. Eventually, all the issues were corrected. The quality of the product is very good ( CGI) and it looks beautiful.

Staring with customer service and ending with the job is what stood out.

Pros: Once complete the quality of the installation was very good and the installers were very nice and professional. Cons: From the time the contract was signed until the start of the project was suppose to be 8 to 10 weeks but the project did not actually begin for 12 weeks. The project coordinator we had, who I'm told is no longer with the company, was constantly providing bad information and was difficult to contact at times.

Really good, the new windows look amazing, however they will be replacing a couple of balancing rods that came defective, but again this was a manufacturer issue, which they immediately worked on getting the new parts order.

Everything went very well. The installers did a great job and were very considerate with the dust in the house. They covered all the open areas to limit the dust as much as possible.

It did not go well. They were overpriced and had inferior plain exterior doors.

They were on time and were professional. Very informative. However the estimate was more money that I am willing to spend so I will not go forward with the job.

The installers did a great job, they were very clean and always on time. the pricing was fair and i was pleased with the end result of the project. I would hire prestige again if i needed another window project for my home!

FLAWLESS. From start to finish, Prestige was nothing but spectacular. Our sales rep Erika was smart, punctual, well-informed, gave us several options, and VERY CLEARLY outlined everything that would be included in Prestige's service. - ALL permitting with the City of Miami (who is very difficult to work with) - All necessary engineering drawing/specifications for city records - Delivery of the door itself - COMPLETE installation of the door which included removal of the old door, re-fortification of the door frame inside the wall to meet current hurricane code, installation of the door exterior frame, balancing of the hinges so it properly closes and opens (nothing in a house this old is perfectly straight - so this was a big deal for us), replacement of the existing interior trim (also original to the house and a "must do" for this project), patch work to the exterior stucco where some chipping occurred as a necessary part of the installation. - ALL Clean Up. (they tarped the area well and vacuumed and mopped behind them!!!" Prestige told us, the only thing we'd need is touch-up paint and they live up to that promise 100%. Our door even arrived earlier than expected, despite being a special-order color (Venetian Bronze with a frosted glass insert). Kevin was always available to check on status, arrange/schedule installation/inspection, and walk through all the elements of Ygrene financing (which I highly recommend). The entire team wants nothing more than your total satisfaction. We get TONS of compliments on the door, all the time. Even our inspector said the installation was flawless. You will never EVER regret working with Prestige.

I have been utterly convinced that this company has to be the most professional company out there... Thanksgiving evening and my project manager, Celly, took time aside from this holiday to answer my questions. I hope to have my windows installed by the end of the year. I am looking forward to this.

The quote was almost $2000 more than estimates I've gotten from other companies. They claim that they are using the best products available and that is why there is such a price difference, but they did not have any samples for me to see the quality. They had a promotion on Angie's List which I bought, and they were not willing to honor those prices. They cut off communication with me and it seemed like they did not care about losing my business. There were numerous calls I made to them to see if we could fix the whole thing but it fell on deaf.

It went very well from start to finish. The salesman that came out (Dirk) was very helpful in explaining all of the details and was very honest about what would need to be done to meet code. Other company did not give all details. The installer who came out with his crew was also very courteous and helpful in explaining the details of what would take place. The install process was very clean as well.

After looking at several impact window providers (5 or more) we decided to go with Prestige. They had good products, adequate pricing and were one of the most professional and very responsive to all my questions from the initial budget to after the installation. Miguel and his installation team were exceptionally hard-working, punctual and left all the work areas as clean as they found them.

Windows and Doors are awesome. The job was done fast. Windows were all up to code and loving the savings in my electrical bill. Hurricane impact and energy efficient windows are great. Another positive aspect is the safety that it has brought to my family and home.

Great work from Prestige Windows & Doors, the two young installers that came to my home did a great job and were clean with my property. After the project was finished they cleaned all the areas where work was done.

Installation was fine but the company lacks good follow up. Cutomer service not great .After the installation there were issues that I needed addressed .i found myself continually calling to get status up dates but no one ever calls back . Even called and left messages for the owner and she also never returned phone calls. Eventually I was able to make contact with some one on different occasions ,but very frustrating experience dealing with the company .

Since the beginning I was able to reach out to Prestige and they responded very quickly. Out of all the companies they offered me the best competitive and fair pricing with great product quality. CGI is a great brand for windows and I recommend them and Prestige Windows & Doors for any of your home renovation projects! Thank you prestige team for your help, truly appreciated! This is the second project I have done with Prestige Windows. The installers were professional, used zip walls and poles, covered everything with plastic, and covered the floors with paper near the area where they were working. They cleaned the area inside and outside of the property. Prestige is a professional company that keeps their promises and provides excellent service. I will use them again on my next projects.

We replaced all of our original openings with CGI impact windows and doors in our Jennings Built 1972 home. After reviewing multiple estimates and reviews, we decided on Prestige. Picking the product was straight forward enough but anticipation of the window and door replacement was anxiety provoking since the process can be intrusive, messy and frustrating even under the of best circumstances. Our Estimator was Dirk and our project coordinator was Kelly. The installation crew consisted of Jorge and Mandiel. The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding! Jorge and Mandiel were spotlessly clean, perfectionists, courteous, knowledgeable and treated the project as if they were installing windows in their own home. Being out of town on business with only my family to help supervise, our experience was exceptional. We can not say enough positives about this company or the installation team!! If you are considering window or door replacement, you are doing yourself a disservice not to invite Prestige to estimate and review your project. Extremely competitive, less costly and the best labor warranty than other companies we interviewed. Prestige was the last estimate for our project and turned out to be the best. Outstanding!!
