Review Our experience w/ Prestige Windows & Doors was awesome! Chris Rivas was our sales person & he came by our house & showed us our options on all the windows. He was super nice, honest, polite, & we felt very comfortable w/ him. He helped us choose the windows that best met our needs. Gave us a demonstration on the windows w/ & w/out Low-E. Amazing! Talk about red carpet treatment. All we had to do is pick & sign, & the rest history. Prestige handled everything w/ the permitting & our HOA. We went w/ CGI Sentinel w/ Low-E. The installers were professional & very nice. We just had a baby & they made sure the noise & dust was minimal. We were surprised on how fast & cleaned they worked. They completed our house in 2 days. We’ve had the windows now for 6 months & our FPL billed has lowered from $300 to $170. The house stays cooler & he don’t hear any noise outside. My wife & I are extremely happy with our windows & doors. Don’t waste your time shopping around. Remember, you pay for what you get. You may save a few bucks elsewhere but you won’t get the quality of windows & service you get w/ Prestige Windows & Doors. We highly recommend them.

I have used Prestige Windows and Doors on two occasions. I've had all the windows and doors in my house replaced to impact grade using Prestige. I have never been disappointed. The caliber of workmanship is A+. Prestige as a company does not disappoint. From the sales rep. Malena to the coordinator, Jessie and office staff, to their amazing installers. The entire experience from beginning to end is stress free. The installers are meticulous and their attention to detail is superb. They are on time and are very professional. If you are looking to have your windows and doors replaced this is the company to hire. you will not be disappointed.

I called this am and got voice mail, so I left a message. I was just called back this afternoon and told that the minimun job they will accept is 4 windows, so they can't help me. This company must have so much business that they can pick and choose what work they accept - I guess they want the big $$$ contracts, which they would have gotten if they had accepted our 2-sliding glass doors project and done a good job. We had a bad experience with another window company when we replaced our upstairs windows with impact glass - all of the windows leaked for 2 years, and we have to pay to fix it ourselves - long story. that's why I want to start with two windows. in a March 20th, 2018 Prestige post to a customer comment, Prestige said, that they take care of customers whether the job is big or small: "Service Provider Response: We apologize for our sales representative. We take care of all of our customers weather the job is big or small.We will make sure you are called and given a special discount. Again we apologize and will make this right. Based on my experience with them, this is definitely not the case!!

Haven’t installed yet but my husband and I can not be more pleased with the quality of service we have experienced with Prestige. The information that was given to us at the first initial appointment and then the answers to our questions were exactly what we needed to make our final decision. We can’t wait to see the rest of the process and thank you Prestige for your time and quality of service.

Erika from Prestige was very helpful in understanding the product and the process for installation. She was very professional in understanding our needs, taking measurements and arriving on time. She was also very accommodating to work with us on scheduling her visits, and even made extra time to make sure that all of our questions were answered. Prestige came recommended to us by a friend who had his windows installed several years ago.

Very good customer service. Erika answered all of our questions and came prepared with all the proper documentation for the windows. I was contacted by the project manager 2 days after signing the agreement. So far the attention has been excellent.

This company provided a quote for the installation of three impact windows in 2016. I recently called them to get a quote on installing 5 windows as part of our current renovation project. I spoke to the same sales rep (Malena) and she requested the window sizes via email instead of coming out to our home since she had been here two years ago. I provided sizes for the windows we were looking to purchase and install the very next day via email. After not hearing from the sales rep over a week after, I emailed her to inquire about the status of our estimate. No response. It is now close to a month since my request and I have not heard back. Business must be very good that they can afford to ignore new customers.

Erika was very pleasant to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and options. The works has not begun as yet but if Erika is an example of how this company works, I am sure we will be more than pleased.

I just signed the contract today but my impressions so far is as follows. It was the most thorough presentation. All bases were covered. Everything that would be covered in the price was explained. The company was local along with the window manufacturer which I prefer. My impression was that this was company was run professionally. The sample of the window and frame gave me confidence that I was buying a good quality window installed by was by experienced Prestige installers vs sub-contractors. The price was also very competitive.

“You only get one chance to make a first impression” That saying rings sooooo true when it comes to Prestige Windows & Doors. Starting from my initial point of contact Kevin Kappler. His communication skills & response time is amazing. This company makes you feel like you are their ONLY customer even when they are slammed with work post Hurricane Irma. Jessy (my project coordinator) also never lost her cool & kept me reassured through the entire process. I absolutely love my CGI Sentinel sliding doors that open from both ends & my horizontal sliding window (3 panel equal lites). The guys that came out to install also worked very diligently while keeping their work space clean (and I’m pretty OCD with cleanliness). Some of my old windows shattered while removing them & they cleaned up all the glass that fell even in the grass. Prestige worked with my homeowners association to ensure everything was properly coordinated & also made sure to send them all required documentation (including but not limited to worker’s compensation, license, general liability insurance). They left no stone unturned & to top it off, I even received a call the following day to make sure everything went smoothly & to ask if I had any questions. I highly recommend these folks & you’d be a fool to choose any other company. I got at least 8 estimates & Prestige stood out from the competition. Every step of the way (even when my nerves got the best of me) they assured me they “got this”. Continue doing what you guys do...you make a fabulous team. WONDERFUL COMPANY! SECOND TO NONE!!!

Very Professional and excellent work! From start to finish I was very happy with the salesperson (Erika's) knowledge, the office personal (Jessy) , the installers ( meticulous) and the follow-up after completion. Everything went smoothly and as expected. I highly recommend Prestige Windows & Doors.

We are still in the process of having our windows and doors installed. So far everything has been great! Erika is very responsive and knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of our questions. So far we would highly recommend working with them. We are replacing 8 windows, a sliding door, and the front door.

Wonderful! Will hire again for the doors.

My entire experience with Prestige W&D was extremely positive from setting up the initial consultation to the final job. I made an appointment for Laszlo to come to my house and he was open to answering all of my questions and gave me two quotes - one for doing the second floor and one for doing the entire house. I ended up going only with the second floor and am doing the bottom floor next year. The next process was getting HOA approval; my HOA approval process was unfortunately very convoluted and difficult but everyone at Prestige was patient and went above and beyond to make sure the HOA approved - they were always available via phone, email or text when I needed some new piece of info for the HOA. Once approval came through Prestige was communicative while we waited for the materials to come in and scheduling installation was simple and they worked around my schedule. Installation was quick and professional with minimal mess, and the crew that worked at my house was also great. All in all I had an excellent experience. On the cost side, I got quotes from four companies all four were within about $100 of each other. I chose Prestige because they had by far the best 'bedside manner' in their communications with me.

So far we just got an estimate. I called and set up an appointment and they sent their salesman Laszlo. He was punctual, respectful and well informed. The estimate we got was close to the others we got in terms of price. We will go with them based on their reviews and the warrantee they provide on their installation. So far so good with Prestige. We will update as the project continues

Very satisfied with their service. The installation was pretty quick and well coordinated. There were some issues with the hardware on a couple of windows, but they quickly ordered the replacement parts and got them installed. We would definitely recommend them.

Some problems with hardware matching, but they fixed it and swapped it out twice. Also, latch adjustments needed to be made on front door, twice.

From the start, the experience was great with Prestige. Our sales representative Malena guided us through the sales and finance process. Malena answered all questions and helped us get the product we were looking for. Madelin, the project manager kept us well informed and during the ordering and install. Madelin was very helpful and always responsive to us. The install crew (Nestor and the others) are very good at installing. They were not only good at their ;jobs, but just overall nice good people and take pride in their work. Everything was measured correctly and fit perfect. Once the order was received, the install crew did everything in about two days. We had a dozen windows installed, three doors, and a garage door. The order came in a few days before Hurricane Irma and the install was finished before the hurricane hit. The job passed City inspection with no issues. We did get other estimates and found Prestige to be very fair in their pricing. Also-the contract was very clear and specific. There were no surprises.

Christopher Rivas and all the staff answered every question, the installers were professional and prompt and the price was fair. Believe it or not, there wasn't a huge mess! This is an A plus company. I've recommended Prestige to many of my friends who were also very happy with the product and service.

The service Prestige provided exceeded my expectations. Communication with the different team members in the office and at my home were outstanding. Phone calls were returned promptly with questions I had. Leo, Alex and William did all the work at my home. They were polite, they were perfectionist with every window and door installed. They showed up on time every day and removed all the debris each day and left my home impecable inside and outside each day. You would of never known windows and doors were being installed. They would not leave each day until the windows or doors were completed installed for that day. The project was done in 5 days and I give them 10 stars !!!!!!! My neighbor is using them as a result of my recommendation. A company like this is hard to find in South Florida !

They are very good. A+. They were good. They did a good job. I would use them again no question about it.

It was a pricey amount. The service was good. The punctuality was good. They were very informative.

Excellent company to deal with. Installers were on time, clean and very professional. Whatever was promised was done. We had a problem with the screens, but Prestige has handled all the communications with the manufacturer. Hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly.
