ORTEGA BLINDS FACTORY

I decided to get an estimate from this company. I called and when they answered the phone the person could not speak English. He got someone to come to the phone who spoke a little English. They asked for my address. I repeated the address four times and they could not get it right. I asked him if he spoke English. He said "You've insulted me" and hung up the phone. I did not ask him that to insult him, he just could not understand and repeat my correct address. He didn't give me a chance to apologize if I had insulted him.

Wow, Mr Ortega did exactly what he said he would do! We saw his sign on our way to major home improvement store(to look at blinds) & figured what the heck let's go see what he has to offer. Mr Ortega was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. We had brought a sample of what we were looking for(replacement blinds)but what he showed us was a much better quality blind for half the price of any other place we went to. He gave us an estimate based on the rough measurements we had taken. We could hardly believe our luck. We went home measured the windows as he instructed, I also took a few pics with my digital camera. We went back and showed him the measurements and in 5 days had blinds. He followed through on everything he said he would do. He also called a friend of his who delivered and installed the blinds for less than $100.00. He too was friendly & skilled at his job. The blinds are beautiful, work great & we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company & I'm pretty picky!
