Description of Work: Had regular monthly pool maintenance. Started off good but service has declined. Pool is now green every other week. They claim they have too many accounts I. South Miami and they can't keep up with promp service schedule. They don't even call when they are scheduled on a certain day of the week. Recently did not show last week and when I called the owner told me he had personnel problems and very behind..could not come this scheduled week of work either. Left me hanging with a green pool again. Don't waste your money or time..they start off good but ends up like this.
