Never got a called back once I mentioned the lack of professionalism
Description of Work: Sales rep harassed and disrespected my wife, then called the city on our project when confronted. Called the office twice to complained and never got a follow up call or any action. Maybe that is there method operandum.

Description of Work: Very professional , responded very quickly within a few hours the sales rep came to view my property. My needs involve a 1 day clear for dry wood termites. Unfortunately they offer 1 day clear only on Mondays, if it weren't for that I would have used them.

They were honest enough to say that there was not significant termite activity.
Description of Work: They did work at my mothers house. Sprayed for termites and pest control outside and they put some sort of material in the outlets as well.

Way to expensive and to much compromise on my part ref. the spot treatments verses tenting after more than one finding of termite residue in various places within and outside my house. They have been to my house at least 5-6 times before aggreeing to tent the house. It is traumatic to have this service done anyway and the above experience was not pleasent. As far as the future use of this service I would hope that the company would be alot more concerned with the issues I brought up to them on above occassions.I find it necessary to keep up the warrantee to protect my house but don't want the ongoing fight to get the job done right within a reasonable time after evidence of termites present.
Description of Work: Tented the house for dry wood termites in 2004. After finding remnants of termites on two or three or more occassions was relagated to spot treatments that did not stop evidence of termites in new and old areas after said treatments.Tenting was denied on these occassions. I paid renewals since 2004 up to this year with an escalation in yearly premium after the original cost of the service of $880. This came up to appx. $2409.

In response to the above customer complaint, I will like to express my great surprise to [Member] filing a complaint about our Company since we always had a great business relationship. [The Member] started service with our Company on 3/19/2004 at which time we tented his property and his initial service was $955.00 payment received on 6/2/2004 his renewal fee was $165.00 a year for 3 years as stipulated in the contract, his renewal fee was never increased until 2012 due to the high cost of living index which is also stipulated in the contract that after 3 years we can increase said fee. Renewal fee covers tenting in the event that live infestation is found in the property. At that time we tent at no extra charge to the customer. [The Member] called our office on 10/4/05 complaining that he was seeing termite dropping in the front porch we scheduled for an inspector to go out and performed and inspection at which time no live infestation was found, but we treated the beams at the time for termite prevention, on 5/15/06 [the member] called again complaining of seeing droppings again we send out an inspector to his property and found old termite droppings no live infestation found at the time, on 12.22.08 we treated other beams in the property for termite prevention sine there was no live infestations found and customer kept complaining. [The Member] called again on 6/10/10 inspector was scheduled to go to the property again and at that time inspector found (2) Formosan termites which is not covered under his Drywood termite warranty customer was informed of this, on 1/17/13 customer called complaining of droppings in the back rooms of the house at which at that point we suggested to tent the property not because he had live infestation but because he had called in several occasions and we had treated his property and customer was not pleased with spot treatment. Tenting date was scheduled for his property in several occasions but he kept postponing dates since he did not want to tent his property on raining season, finally he agreed to tent on 7/10/13 and was pleased with service. [The Member] complaints were never ignored, we always send out our inspectors when he requested service, we tented his property even when there was no live infestations as stipulated in his agreement, and that is why it was such a surprise to find out about him filing a complaint with our Company, even more we accepted his renewal termite fee on 7/23/12 when it was due on 3/17/12 our policy reads guarantee lapse if renewal payment is not received by due date. If he were to be a new customer his tent would have cost him today $1,750.00 and we re-tented his property on 7/10/13 at no extra cost for to him, [the Member] paid 6 years at $165.00 plus 2 additional years at $187.00 total amount paid by customer till today is $1,364.00 at this point we lost money on this deal. We will not reimburse customer for his renewal fee at this time. Should you need further information or documentation please feel free to contact our office.

All three stages personnel arrived when promised, for Estimate, To tent the houses, To remove the tents, and to unlock the doors after a 24 hour period for gas to completely dissipate. A three day job, one day tents up, second day remove tents, third day open for occupancy.
Description of Work: Full tenting of 3 structures accomplished with very minimum damage to foliage. All company members efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Complete and full hand-off of pertinent information between them. A first rate company. No hesitation on my part too refer them to others.

Originally I had a little problem over a no show but they soon fixed this problem and now they come promptly and when we expect them to. They are always very careful not to spray on anything they are not supposed to, and we haven t had a problem with any bugs since they started. I can recommend them and will continue to use their services.
Description of Work: They spray both inside and outside of our 3400 square foot home on a monthly basis as part of a month to month service contract. They spray for all localized bugs including spiders, ants and roaches.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID AN OK JOB. THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS OF GOOD QUALITY, BUT THEIR WORKERS ARE A BIT UNPROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, THEY ARE NEVER LATE. THEY ARRIVE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
