This company is party of a SCAM through American Home Shield. Do NOT let them come out to your home!!! We have a contract with AHS and they insisted on sending JetMobile out for a 2nd opinion diagnosis and estimate. They know exactly what they have to say so that AHS doesn't have to pay on their home warranty. In my case, they sent out Yosebel, (his truck read Gonzalez and Sons) He stated that my 16yr old AC unit that has a leaking condenser coil, that was low on old r22 refrigerant COULD be fixed but wanted me to pay $1400 and sent me an invoice to pay it the next day. When I called them and confronted them and requested them to tell the truth to AHS that this was not the correct diagnosis and that I had two other professional contractors telling me is was unfixable due to age and must be replaced (not fixed because it would not solve the issue), they then told AHS the truth that it needed a full replacement but stated it was wear and tear. Well this is where it gets crazy. I spoke to Rick from Jet Mobile and he stated to me that they changed their diagnosis and told AHS I needed a full replacement AC. He was able to order one but he was just waiting for AHS to authorize it. I then called AHS and they refused to listen to what Rick told me. They then silenced JetMobile and after numerous attempts to speak with Rick. I received a generic message from Rick stating "any concerns should be exclusively addressed between you and AHS". They are part of the AHS scam!! Stay far away. They do what AHS tells them to do to make it so AHS doesn't have to pay out and then they try and prey on you and get you to pay them for "modifications" not covered by AHS.

If you are with American Home Shield and this company is assigned to you. Quickly stop what you are doing and beg them to assign you to someone else. I had a claim thru AHS, they were the 3rd contractor to finally show up. They send out a guy who states the obvious that I need a new condenser which I knew from the prior contractor who also informed me I need a whole new system. I pointed that out to their tech of course I was summarily dismissed as some rube that couldn't possibly understand what's needed. Mind you the ac has been out for a week at this point. I live in S. FL and this started on 5/14 they showed up on 5/19 on 5/20 they call to collect the payment. I gladly pay as I want this resolved. I'm then told unit should be in Monday the 23rd. Monday comes and I don't hear anything, I'm then told part is coming from Chi town and will be here Friday the 27th (a holiday weekend) sure. Friday comes and just as predicted no part. Now it's the next Friday the 3rd of June. As you may have guessed part surprisingly doesn't show and of course no call or communication from J.E.T. unless I'm the one initiate the call. Finally, on the 10th part arrives of course I needed to phone them to find this out. Now they schedule me for Monday the 13th. They finally show up bright and early at 1 in the afternoon. After a few hours I'm up and running again after 30 days w/o ac. Hoping this is over I go on with my life. But alas, no on the night of the 30th some 17 days after ac was installed ac is not cooling right yet again. I again put in my claim to AHS and lucky, lucky me J.E.T. is assigned to me again. They show and five minutes determine their is a leak. Gee no kidding maybe it could be the air handler you didn't replace before???? They inform we they have to get permission to run these tests and lucky me it's July 2nd, on a holiday weekend. So Tuesday I start calling to no avail. Numerous messages left no once was a return call made. Finally on Friday the 8th I was able to get thru to someone at AHS and get my contract reassigned. If AHS assigns these people to beg, grovel, do whatever you need to do to get away. These people are the WORST. HORRID SERVICE COMMUNICATION ETC. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM LOWER THAN ONE STAR I WOULD HAVE.

Didn’t do anything. Their tech had no idea on what was going on. They charged and didn’t care to fix the problem. They don’t have an office and they have google numbers

Unfortunately, J.E.T. Mobile Engineering was sent by American Home Shield to fix a problem with my second floor air conditioning unit that was leaking to my first floor. Started the process on July 30, and as of the third week of August, still wasn’t fixed. The first technician came twice to replace the insulation around the pipes and said the AC leaked because it was low on freon and cause the pipes to freeze and in defrosting, the old insulation could not hold the moisture. Replaced with new insulation and the next day it was leaking again from the huge hole I had to open in my bathroom ceiling for the technician to repair the insulation. Cost for this was ~$515. J.E.T sent another two technicians a week later. They were here for 5 minutes tops to look up into the ceiling and say "Oh you need thicker insulation. We'll be back." That appointment was set for almost a week later because they were too busy but I had already been in the queue and not been properly fixed from July 30th and had already paid the $515 for a repair that didn't work. I learned through the office staff they fired the first technician. Having no option, I had to wait until they could send a different technician who was properly skilled in my particular issue. Apparently that would be the owner. I was given a window of 1 - 6 pm a week later. On the appointed day, their system sends a dispatch notice when they're on the way so you can track them (nice feature). He showed up at my guard gate at 4:45 pm. They rang me and I opened it. But then I didn't see him come through, instead he pulled over at my gatehouse. I waited, and waited, and when he hadn't moved forward to come through for over 10 minutes I called. They said they'd call him and find out what happened. In the meantime on the tracker app I could see he was moving away from my community. I called them back and the service rep said they were trying to figure out what happened with his arrival. Then I got the auto text from their service saying my appointment was re-set for 5 days from now! I called back and the service rep said "sorry best we could do. The owner says he needs 5 hours and two technicians." UNACCEPTABLE. They had known the amount of time and number of people needed for this job and it only just dawned on him when he was sitting at my front gate? He didn't even have the customer service skill to drive up to my house as the owner of his company and say "Sorry we messed up."? No he just drove away. When I asked his service rep to put me in touch with the owner, he said the owner doesn't take calls from customers. Doesn't take calls? Doesn't talk to his customers? I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the original charge until they could make the work right. Not only did they not come back to correct it, they Gabe up and American Home Shield reassigned me to another repair company who was AMAZING - South Cooling LLC. STAY AWAY from J.E.T. Mobile Engineering. Just like a previous reviewer said, they are a mess and you will not get your A/C repaired. I waited almost a month dealing with this unprofessional, inept company.

Javier, the "J" in J.E.T Mobile Engineering Services Llc, was very attentive. The work took all day only, because the orginal A/C unit was moved from one location to another. Since the completion of the job, over 2 months ago, Javier has been in contact with me and has done 2 follow up visits to check on the performance of the A/C unit (Goodman 3 ton, 16 S.E.E.R.). He answers any questions or concerns you may have and will answer or return your call.
