+ -1 moreBy far and away best experience with a contractor/vendor I have had here in Miami. They called back next morning and made an appointment for me with Fred to come out for quote. Fred communicated ahead of time and throughout the process - he was great to deal with. He advised on style and window configuration. Came back to do all the paperwork once my wife finalized choices. They took car of permitting and everything. Fred communicated throughout the process while permits were processed and the door was built. Installers were professional and did a great job. They spent extra time fine-tuning the opener. Overall amazing experience and Fred made it all painless and easy. Highly recommend

+ -1 moreI really like this company. It's a family owned business, and the owner takes customer satisfaction very seriously. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and quickly pointed out some issues with the existing jamb. He also was familiar with the NOA. And it only took the company a day or two to send out a salesperson (vs 2 weeks with a competitor). The door itself is awesome. It's small and thin but very strong. I feel like I have more space in my garage than before. Installation of the door was good. Once I got the permit approved, they came out and performed the install within a couple of days. There was an issue in that the installers were not familiar with how to install jambs in a metal framed home (very uncommon for this area), but the owner himself corrected the issue and assured me that he would take responsibility for any inspection issues.
Description of Work: I ordered a new door with the high windload rating (+62/-70) with installation and new jambs.

+ -1 moreGreat, I spoke to Joeseph on the phone and he assured me everything would be fine. The same day I had an guy out installed my new door, and I can't even hear it. Compared to my old door this is a caddilac. They didn't leave any little screws or anything messy after they left. It was almost too good. I highly recommend them

Fred or Frank , so soorryy I forgot his name came to fix it, which he did, but it turns out the door was the original door from the time the house was built and never updated. So they got it to open and I heard the motor make a sound that it would never had to make. Finally decided to stop all the nonesense and get a new opener with a new door (insulated) since I plan to work out of the garage and mind the cooling bills. Best decision since the house ! They came back the next day, now I can open my garage door from the other side of the planet
Description of Work: I didn't know what I needed , moved into a new house and nothing in the garage seemed to work. . . and I am an insurance guy, barely know how to work a garage door much less how to fix it !!!

+ -1 moreAfter getting estimates from several other garage door companies, JB GARAGE DOOR COMPANY was the best estimate given. They handled everything, permits and all. Had a large selection of door styles. Once agreement had been made, door was installed on date provided by company, employees were efficient and neat, old door and frame was disposed of by company as promised. Would highly recommend this company, actually already have, to my son. His door had come off of track, gave the number of this company to my son, and his door was repaired next morning!!!!!
Description of Work: Needed a complete new garage door installed, tracks, motor, everything completely new.

+ -1 moreThey are very reliable company they came out and gave me and estimate the same day .. They replaced everything when installing a new garage door . All the rails screws some of the wood if it needs to be replaced. They did not skip over anything just to get the job done. You can tell by the workmanship that this company and its employees care how the work comes out. They also stand behind there products 100%.
Description of Work: I had them install a full setup for a 2 car garage door . They used all top end springs replaced everything, they did not skip over anything if a piece of wood was bad they fixed it while installing the door and did it the proper way. I also had them install there new Shd hardware. They are these super silent brackets and rollers also installed a belt driven garage door motor . My door is so quit from the shs hardware that u can not even tell the garage door is opening or closing. The work was fantastic. Super friendly workers they cleaned up everything they took down .. the response from when I called that I need a new door was the same day someone came out and gave me and estimate and within a couple days they were at my home installed the door motor and shs hardware within a couple hours. Left no mess just a brand new really silent door. Also they set up my car clicker and keypad as well and showed me everything I would need to know to operate and take care of my fantastic new garage door .. jb doors was a pleasure to work with from the time I called to the time they finished my install.
