+ -1 moreI contacted Mr. Rodriguez On Jan 14, 2019 via phone call and then send him all the info via messages to his phone. He was supposed to contact my tenant. He apparently forgot and didn't call me back to apologize. If the job was "too small" for him or he didn't want to do it for any reason, he should have told me outright and not make me wait for no reason.
Description of Work: I have a tenant that needed some minor repairs in her apartment. Oven not functioning properly, kitchen sink leaking, toilet making noise, light out in bathroom.

+ 0 moreThe quality of work was good. But I had a friend come over and explained to him in Spanish what I wanted. When my friend was told the price my friend told him why are you charging so much and he said because he's a ******. Not professional at all.
Description of Work: I had several projects worked on. Everything from vanity to lights to painting.

+ -1 moreCalled Amaromat 10:00 was at our home by 10:45 started quoted me a price and started on light fixture then left to purchase the grout and other supplies for the baseboards and tiles came back and competed the work, even removed their shoes not to mess up our newly installed carpet
Description of Work: replaced a baseboards along one entire wall included a lot of cuts and prep, replaces wall tiles in bathroom. Fixed two lighting fixtures that were not connected well And replaced wall switch
