Tamara came to our condo and showed us counter top samples. She said if we would choose from her left-over material she would give us 40% discount. But after she noticed we liked one of her left-over material she didn't give us any discounts! Then when the installers came to install the counter tops, we noticed that none of the counter tops were the right size; I pointed that out to the her installers and they said not to worry about it and that they would take care of them and make them right. After hours cutting counter top in the balcony and making huge mess that p***** off all the neighbors, they still couldn't get them right but they assured me they would take care of them and make them right. Then it came to installing the sinks. I noticed that they were using white DAP Painters caulk for back-splash and clear DAP Door and Trim caulk to install the sink!!! I stopped them and wanted them to use a kind of caulk that is specifically made for "kitchen & bath". They refused and called Tamara. She showed attitudes over the phone and was adamant that they always use that material and no one had any objection as of then. I explained to her that I was a construction superintendent with master's level formal training and more than 20 years of field experience but they wanted to hold me responsible if they would use other material! I let them use what they wanted to since they assured me they would take care of it is any problem would arise later. I paid them in full since the cabinet guy had recommended them. But to my surprise they never took care of the counter top to make them the right size and they look terrible. The worst part is that more than a month ago we noticed black mold around the sink in the bathroom. When I examined it closely I found out the sink was not tight to the bottom of counter top (under-mount sink) and there was a gap between the sink and counter top; since that gap was filled with a caulking material that is not for wet area, now we have a huge maintenance problem. I have contacted Tamara twice so far and she just acting so irresponsibly. She has told me twice so far that she would come over with her installer but after almost 2 months she never showed us. I have gave up calling her and plan to take legal action soon.

The guys were very responsive and came within a very short time after I called them. It was a 3 process job that we required and they did the first part so far and they did it very professionally with great multi tasking skills. Even though we are still waiting for them to complete the rest of the job, so far so good. We really recommend them, I'm sure they will do a great job for the crack fixing and polishing the marbles.

I was very happy with the personal service provided, the responsiveness, and the quality of the work. My provider agreed to meet me during non-business hours, near my home, in order to let me look at some samples. She inspected installation before requesting final payment, asking one of the installers to do some additional work in order to meet her quality standards. She really took care of us.
