That was spectacularly good. Having done it twice myself it was very reasonable. They were very friendly, they were on time, they showed up when they said they were going to. They showed up with two people the first day and one of them got sick so it took a day longer than they anticipated but that was not an issue. They gave me advice about what color to paint and stuff like that.

So far so good. He is putting in a new cabinet for me and doing the plumbing. He is very helpful and very resourceful because he hooked me up with the granite people, so even though he doesn't do that, he found somebody for me that would do it. So far he has done a good job and helped me to find the cabinet and the whole thing. He is very helpful. He is here now and just put in the counter top. Whenever I call him, he calls me. I never have to call twice. If anything, he is early rather than late.

Marcial, the owner, is very professional. He arrived on time to give us a price quote and was the first of 3 contractors to get back to us with a price quote. He know we were strapped for cash so he tried to save us money every chance he could. Not only was his original quote of $7,200 plus materials very competitive, he told us he could start right away and get his part done in 5 days (the granite company had to then install the counter tops before he could finish the job). The first night we met him to quote the job we mentioned that we did not like the laminate floors in our new house. He helped us to remove the base board and several rows of laminate to reveal a beautiful tile floor. He also alerted us to stains in my ceiling caused by roof leaks. In short Marcial from CJT Carpenter is a perfectionist who can do it all at a very affordable price.
