Made the appointment on a Wednesday. The tech came by on Thursday. He identified the problem and quickly sprayed each room in the house. A few days later no ants and spiders.

We purchased a foreclosed house that was fumigated for termites by the bank/owner not using the tenting method. We were concerned of the efficacy of their method so we had the house tented by Econo-Way. They were very quick to stop by the house to give us an estimate and they were punctual. They were quick to coordinate the tenting of the house just before we moved in. They were in and out within 24 hours and there was no damage. Econo-Way also fumigated the yard surrounding the house. My one concern is that in just a few weeks later we have found small crawling bugs on the second floor. Did they use enough gas to be effective according to the square footage? Did they leave the gas in the house long enough for it to permeate throughout? My one complaint is that they didn't open the door to the attic so the gas could freely circulate into the most termite-prone area of just about all houses.

These folks are excellent. I've been using their services for about 20 years. They are very nice to deal with, arrive on time, work hard, and will spend time with you addressing any questions or concerns. Moreover, the were far less expensive than other companies I looked at.

THEY ARE THE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN FLORIDA. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 25 YEARS. I HAVE A VERY LARGE PIECE OF LAND THAT OTHER COMPANIES WOULD NOT HANDLE BUT, THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO.
