Description of Work: Dealing with air conditioner repair people in the past has been a nightmare. I used to look for coupons that offered estimates and cleaning for $19.99 (example), and when the people got to my house they wouldnt even mention the offer, let alone consider it. A huge scam. And I always felt like they would come up with all kinds of problems and huge charges every time. Last time one person took 15 minutes to do what he described as "cleaning" and charged me $315.00 (with the $19.99 cleaning coupon) and told me I had to replace the entire unit or I would be without AC very soon. So, when my air conditioned simply quit working one day I was desperate. A friend recommended Luis and Cool Hvac Guy. I couldn't be happier. He explained that my unit was old and outdated and eventually would need to be replaced, but for now the problem was only a small and inexpensive part that needed to be replaced, and in 30 min everything was back to working perfectly again. He also performed a through cleaning of the unit, while showing and explaining what was being done. Friendly, professional and honest service, reasonable prices and clear explanations of the services performed. Highly recommended.
