Caye Works - Roofing

I would highly recommend Caye Works Roofing! I hired them to do a reroof on my home and I could not be happier with the results. Everyone in our neighborhood has commented on how great our roof looks and have asked for the company’s information. Before hiring Caye, I inquired with multiple companies and had numerous representatives come out and give me quotes. After meeting with Jose Segura from Caye, I knew I would be hiring them. He provided me with a thorough explanation of the project, but unlike the reps at many others companies, I didn’t feel like he was a salesman trying to force something on me. He was matter-of-fact in everything he quoted us on and gave us one of the best prices we had been offered. The quality of customer service we received from Jose did not end after we signed the contract. We were given updates at every major event in the process. Anytime I had a question, I would call Jose and be able to get ahold of him right away. He went above and beyond in assisting me with vital paperwork that I needed in a timely manner. This level of service is almost unheard of in Miami, especially from contractors. There were minor damages done to our property (understandably so) that I showed to Jose after all the work had been completed and he had everything fixed within a day or two. I 100% recommend Caye Works. You will not find a company with better customer service, better quality of work, or a better value.
