+ -1 moreMr Juan Canizares, Vice President, was very professional and sincere when giving us a very reasonable estimate. The roofing crew began promptly around 6:45 AM on the days they came. After they completed the re-roofing, they cleaned up and left everything in good condition. The work was completed in less than the projected two weeks we were told it would take to complete. All required inspections were approved by the Miami Dade County Building Department. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who is looking to have roof repaired.
Description of Work: The contractor completed re-roofing our roof with new materials such as UL#30 type ll felt under layment with tin caps and 3-tab shingles carrying a twenty five year guarantee from the manufacturer. Also, new lead flashings were installed, replacing the old lead flashings.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY STARTED THE JOB BEFORE I EVEN GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT FOR IT. IT ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR COMPANY.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RELIABLE. THE WORKMEN WERE ALREADY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FIXING SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOF SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL. THE WORKERS CAME RIGHT OVER AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE ON THE OTHER HOUSE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED PART OF ROOF DAMAGED BY HURRICANE.
