Sergio, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the project. He measured the windows to be installed accordion shutters twice. Once on the initial estimate and then again once we agreed to go with his company. The installs showed up with all materials needed. Got about 10 windows done in about 5-6 hours. Sergio showed up for about a half hour to check the work. Shutters are robust and high quality. Price seemed reasonable as well based on a little research into what some of my friends and coworkers were quoted for a similar project.

From the original salesman to the installers, they were very professional. The salesman brought samples of the shutters and was very informative. Their prices were much lower than the other 3 quotes I received. One other company never did send me a quote, I had called 4 companies to compare quotes. I bought shutters and my neighbor did too and we both have referred many other customers to them. It is a great feeling to have the protection without having to find someone to install panels on my two story home days before a storm. Once my shutters were ready they were able to schedule installation quickly before the hurricane that was threatening South Florida.

Our family's home was in need of protection before hurricane season came around and after calling and meeting with a few companies, we were impressed by Sergio and his knowledge of the various types of hurricane protection. He explained the pros/cons for each and gave us a competitive and fair price. Equally, we were impressed with Calleja Shutter's workmanship and customer service. Sergio kept us informed all the way through the process and his manufacturing/installation estimate was on-point and the whole house was installed in a day. It then passed the county inspection with flying colors a couple days later. Great experience as well with Alexis the installer, he truly gave it his all in this installation and finished by nightfall.
