+ -1 moreWe prepaid over 10k to have shutters installed. For months (literally) we have been trying to get in touch to see when we would be installed so we could be finished with this process. One of our ELEVEN attempts to contact them the office told me I must have the wrong company because I wasn’t in their system! Our a lot of money, can’t get in touch , and no shutters to show for it in some of the most important places in the house.

+ -1 moreCalifornia shutters was awesome to work with. From the appointment made to measure and give an estimate to the install they were first rate. I got to see the factory where the shutters were made. They make shutters for many places in South Florida. The installers were incredible and did a great job. From the time I made a deposit to the install was one week even though the estimate said 4-6 weeks. I couldn't be happier. I didn't get estimates from other places once I learned that this company makes and does the installs for other local companies. I felt the price was fair and the work impeccable.
Description of Work: Made and installed Plantation Shutters for seven windows in my home. They are the Poly shutters (not the real wood) in white.
