+ -1 moreC & R custom built the central AC unit in my condo when I moved in 5 years ago. They used a completely different system than had been used in this condo building in that they did not suspend the unit from the ceiling, which causes mold and fluid build-up. They installed it free standing with a pump and it has functioned flawlessly for five years. They visit as part of a service agreement twice yearly and are always professional and on time. It is family owned and operated and they have pride in their work. Several others in my condo have switched to this type of unit after my installation. The unit itself cost about $4000 to purchase, design, and install, including duct work and remodeling the enclosure. The service agreement is $185 yearly, which includes two service visits. I have replaced the pump ($250) last year. My condo is meticulous (as is the city of Aventura) about permits and licensure so these guys follow the laws precisely.
Description of Work: This was just a service call for a check-up. The serviceman was on time and very professional.
