The technician Luis was very helpful, and did an outstanding. We would like to have Luis return on all our service calls and for our yearly follow-up.

I have to say working with Arcon AC was really a pleasant experience. My A/C Unit stopped working on a Wednesday night around 9PM, and he answered! Ivan came out first thing on Thursday morning to diagnose what was wrong (turns out I needed a new unit). First, I'd like say Ivan serviced my A/C unit about 8 months prior to this, and told me 'The unit may go out soon, but for now I wouldn't replace it.' I think this was TRULY a first that a A/C repair company told me I could hold out a little longer for a new unit instead of trying to do a short sale quickly. This really helped to build my trust in his professional opinion! So, back to my current situation. After Ivan came out on Thursday evening around 6PM (He again, worked with me on timing due to my work schedule) he rushed EVERYTHING to be ready on Friday afternoon. I couldn't believe how committed he was to helping me replace the unit as soon as possible. He even negotiated on my behalf with my building to allow elevator access due to it being an emergency. Ivan came in with another repairman and switched the unit out. He even vacuumed and CLEANED up after! I mean seriously, most companies just trail dirt around your apartment and don't have a concern in the world about it. I have already recommended this company to a few friends, living in Miami during summer AC crisis tends to happen often. I can't give enough praise to how professional, reliable, and prompt the service was. Really a FIVE star experience!

Ivan was very thorough and professional; explained various solutions and said that he would get back to me with a quote.

They found some problems with the air conditioner. They took care of the warranty and getting the parts. They had to coordinate with the contractor doing renovations to the outside of our building. They actually had to come out two separate times because of the contractors doing work on our building. Ivan and his father in law were amazing! They were professional, kind, and very understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone!

He helped us buy the proper unit and had it installed and inspected in a very timely manner. Anytime there is a problem or question, he sends someone over immediately and then follows up himself. He advises us on how to best maintain the unit. I like to give my business to family companies and Ivan goes above and beyond good customer sevice. You can see the pride he takes in doing the best possible job. He is personable and honest. I would recommend him to all without reservations. Additionally, he represents the best companies for AC units and is extremely knowledgable about all of them.

They gave me the best deal on a new central AC. Informed me about FP&L rebates and what exactly they would do. A year later my old thermostat from the previous AC went out. They came by within 24 hours and had my AC back running again with a new thermostat.
