Arborcare were here when promised and went over and above in the job. Mr. Rodriguez, Owner, personally supervised his expert crew. They are truly professionals. They cleaned up constantly as they went and took everything away. Mr. Rodriguez then returned first thing the following day with a small crew to take care of any loose ends which might need to be addressed. If you want professionalism and expertise for your trees, use Arborcare.

Very disappointed with Arborcare Inc. At first I was impressed with Joe's customer service. Still, it took me more than a month a choose a company, but I gave them my business. I go through another three weeks preparing to get the necessary certificates from both my city county and Association to then be left hanging. When I was ready to schedule the job I called Joe at his cellphone and I got no answer. I later texted him to please call me and I didn't hear from him. The weekend passes and I call again on Monday and still nothing. I then called the main company phone number and got a voicemail to just leave a message. I called several times and got no answer. As a last resort, I emailed his assistant, Maritza, and told her I needed to schedule the job, but I needed to talk to her first and to please call me. She emails me that night with a date, but it's for a month later and doesn't even call me. I replied asking to call me and she ignored it and I dont hear from them for another week when I fired them and told them I was taking my business elsewhere. She replies telling me they were having a "telephone issue" and that they were out, but I didnt buy the lame excuses for a minute. Their treatment was very unprofessional and a business shouldn't act like they are doing the customer a favor. Luckily for me, I found an A+++ company that did the job and their work was immaculate. As for Arborcare Inc. I would not recommend this company.

I RECOMMEND HIGHLY. I can't say enough how much appreciate the attention and responsive service. Joe was very clear about costs and different ways to address the problem. It is a pleasure dealing with a company that is knowledgeable, straightforward, fair, and does excellent work.

Owner, Joe Rodriguez, was very professional...followed up with me when he had to change original work schedule. The work team was timely and expertly removed an exceedingly tall Norfolk Pine tree without damage to my or neighbor's property.

Joe Rodriguez, the owner of the company was very responsive and knowledgeable. He recommended that 2 additional trees that we were considering removing be left alone. His team was very professional. They knew what they were doing and caused no collateral damage (sprinkler heads, uplights, pool, patio) Clean up so good there was no evidence anything had been done! Not more than a couple of leaves got into the pool! Will hire again to clean up 30+ ft traveler palms.

I haven’t had such professional service from a company in a long time. I couldn’t be happier. The work was a work of art. No damage and the trees look beautiful. I will definitely use them in the future.

Very good. They came at time. They were fairly fast and clean. They left and everything was fine. I had no complains.

They were able to remove the tree and stump without causing any further damage to my neighbor's property or mine.

Well. Arborist advised small treatment but that we were not to worry as it appeared relatively OK. Rains have helped and tree has remained resilient and looks much better. Very pleased.

Mr. Rodriguez wanted to meet with me to discuss the state of my tree and the work to be done rather than just leave me a written estimate in my mailbox. We agreed to meet on a Saturday and he was punctual. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. However, I was looking for someone to trim my tree like I wanted and he thought that my tree should be left overgrown so it can thrive. He did not think that the tree needed to be trimmed but that some care is needed because of how the tree was previously trimmed and because a lawncare company has been spreading fertilizer and other chemicals to care for my lawn, which have affected the tree. To provide the care to my tree and to a relative's tree down the street he gave me an estimate of about $1,200 for the first treatment. He is a self proclaimed tree hugger and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for someone with the same mindset on tree care as Mr. Rodriguez. I may call him in the future to care for one of my tall palm trees that need some clearing of branches but probably not to trim my tree in the front yard.

Called twice for a service inquiry regarding fruit trees on my property. Was told someone would call me back, no one ever returned the call. Twice.

They were very professional and the price was good. They showed up on time and hauled away all the debris. When they removed one of the palm trees a big piece fell and broke 5 of my patio stones. They replaced those broken stones. They've been very nice to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Arborcare, Inc. is owned by Joe Rodriguez, a certified arborist who has been taking care of the trees in our Miami Springs yard for several years. Mr. Rodriguez, in addition to being a certified arborist with 30 years of experience, takes courses to keep current in the field and is passionate about his work. He is a top notch professional and I highly recommend him. His crew is very hardworking and conscientious about doing an excellent job. There are many companies out there who have a professional arborist on staff but, after the initial consultation, the arborist often isn't at the site overseeing the work. Joe is more hands on and it's very reassuring to have the company owner at the site to make sure the crew is properly trained and briefed before commencing work. Most of the certified arborists are located in the south part of Miami-Dade County, so we feel very fortunate to have found such a competent and reliable professional headquartered in Hialeah. However, Arborcare's service area includes all of Dade and Broward Counties and they also do commercial and municipal sites in addition to residential. We have been consistently pleased with the work that Arborcare has done for us, and our trees are happy and healthy!
