They were very good and quick. They were punctual and honest.

The service was fine and they just check our air condition unit. They were good, efficient, being audible, and know what they are doing.

I called the company and explained the problem. They scheduled an appointment right away and the technicians showed up on time. They did a quick check of the oven and explained to me that a new heating element is required. Because my oven is old (circa 1952), it maybe hard to find the replacement, but they will notify me as soon as they have this information. I received an answer in a few days that a new element was ordered. They called me when it was received and immediately scheduled an appointment. Again, showed up on time, worked clean and fast, but accurate. Made sure everything works before they left. I will definetly use them again if need be and will recommend to my friends.

I contacted Air Zone Mechanical to repair our old GE stove from 1950s. The company made me aware in advance that I have to pay $75 for the visit, and in case replacement parts were unavailable, the deposit would not be returned. We scheduled an appointment. Technicians showed up on time, they were polite, clean, worked professionally and diagnosed the problem right away. They promissed to call me back EOB regarding the thermostat to be replaced, and they did. The part was ordered and I got a call when it was obtained. The technician came back, installed the thermostat and made sure the stove was in working condition. The total was $695 (themostat for the old stoves are expensive and I cross-checked the price with other companies), and I payed 620 as deposit was included.
