+ -1 moreManny provided the invoice with the charges for each job. He was given a deposit January 10, 2007. The permit was filed February 28, 2007. The work was started April 3, 2007 and was completed May 4, 2007. After 3 failed inspections and an expiration warning, I called for a rough inspection that was approved August 8, 2007 and the final approved on the same day. The workers themselves were fantastic, professional, and very hard working. They did an excellent job giving the fact that I had no air conditioning at that time. It was not until I was having that unit put in that I realized that it would be a separate job and price.
Description of Work: Rehooked water heater(15-30A, 120/240V circuit outlet); got three outside lights working; installed 4 smoke detectors; installed 2 gfci outlets; installed main breaker panel, meter, replaced service mast, plans and permiting. The price did not include rewiring inside the home, inspector requests, and any work required by the city not mentioned will be additional. When it was time to hook up for a new central heat and air unit, he would have charged me approximately $1,800 for this job. They patched the holes that they made in the walls, although they are detectable. This is not a problem due to my on-going remodeling.

+ -1 moreI REALLY FEEL I'VE FOUND THE BEST GUY IN TOWN. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NOTHING BUT THE BEST COMPLIMENTS. HIS WORK IS ATTRACTIVE AS WELL AS WELL DONE. HE CAN DO VERY COMPLEX ELECTRICAL WORK AND I HAVE ALREADY HIRED HIM ON AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW ELECTRIC BOX.
