AA MASTER MECHANICAL

AA Masters was subcontracted to build a bathroom addition. They were paid over $9,710.00. They never showed up, bathroom was never built. Refund me. Felix Guerra and AA Masters was supposedly subcontracted by Jorge Sierra from Simar Construction Group according to Permit # 14072139 in the city of Fort Lauderdale. On July 11, 2014 I paid $9,710 as part of a house remodeling contract and as of December of 2014 AA Masters HAS NEVER stepped one foot on my house. All the work was done by some unknown individual who according to City of Fort Lauderdale inspectors is not a plumber because he failed 4 Plumbing Rough inspections due to workmanship issues, code violations and concealing work to hide incorrect materials used from the inspectors (Inspection Reports attached). Concrete was poured over all plumbing and inspector asked to remove it, he found out wrong materials and unglued pieces underneath the concrete. Since not even 10% of the plumbing work contracted was performed I kindly ask for an investigation since $9,710 were paid to SIMAR and AA Masters Mechanical as the subcontractor without services rendered.
