The company was very professional did everything that was asked and even gave me 5 keys. I didn't know that the double dead bolts counted as 2 but the company still kept their original price and rekeyed every single lock that I asked for. Good Stuff!

The service was terrible. They arrived 45 minutes late, to begin with. The technician who arrived only spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, i do not speak Spanish and strangely enough, no one in the office did either. I asked if the technician could get someone on the phone who could help explain to us if they needed to run power through the wall or door for the keypad. The technican got the owner Rafael on the phone who was extremely rude when i asked him what they were going to do. He said it was an easy job and trust him. I asked if he could send someone else out he might speak english. He got upset at that and left the job completely. Terrible experience.

I called around 4pm and he said he could be here in an hour or so. Started that I didn't need an appointment, said "Please". Tech was here in less than an hour, finished all the work within another 45 minutes. I am very pleased and very happy with this job.

The price was very good. On punctuality, they went to the wrong address and then they came to the right one. Let's give them a B; I don't want to ruin their reputation or anything.

I purchased a Deal on Angie's list and was messages by the vendor. It was $45 for labor of locksmith service. He messaged me to call him and I did. I explained that I needed a lock re-keyed and I already have everything unassembled so all he had to do was re-key it. And I could even meet him so he didn't have to drive all the way to my house (even though the deal included a home lock and security inspection). He said he would not honor the deal and that Angie's list was Incorrect. I called Angie's list and they stated that the vendor is the one that fills out the form and sends it to Angie's list to be uploaded. So rafael must not have understood what he was doing to begin with.

Provider emailed me promptly and asked about the particular keys and locks. After several emails it was decided that one key could not work as there were two different types of locks. He was very friendly and helpful but did not come to our home and give me an estimate on what it would cost to Make them match.

We had just purchased a house that had hurricane shutters, but no keys. We called this company and they told us that they could create keys, which was a relief given that hurricane season was around the corner. We agreed on a Saturday morning and they did arrive when expected. They were professional in their communications and knowledgable in their specialty. They informed me that there were actually two different locks between the front and the back shutters. They created both sets with two keys each and placed them on seperate key chains. I would hire them again if the price was right.

We are so pleased with the work and level of customer service provided by this company. I called at 8:20am on a Sunday and explained what I needed done. My keys were stolen and we needed our locks re-keyed immediately. He said he would be right there and he arrived as promised. The work was done quickly, properly and for a very fair price. This company is definitely the one to use for your locksmith needs.

I lost the key to my motorcycle and had no spare! Rafael showed up on time and removed the gas cap using a few simple tools. About 20 minutes later, he had cut a replacement key for the motorcycle. Quick, efficient and dependable. I will call on these guys again for any locksmith services!

He arrived within 40 minutes-as they promised. Fidel (the technician) was professional and had an excellent attitude. He cleaned up after he changed the handle on my front door. I used a credit card for payment. I would definitely recommend without reservations.

The locksmith (Rafael) agreed with pleasure to come on a Saturday morning at 9am. Awesome! He was prompt, courteous and wearing an ID with his certifications on it. He explained that my front door and side door were different "weights" in terms of the locks than the other 5 doors along the back of the house facing the pool. So he gave me five sets of two different keys at no extra charge from the five sets of one key that he quoted me by phone. He also pointed out on the french doors where my landlord's worker had cut an overlarge hole for the deadbolt and had stuffed it with tissue and painted over it. Shameful! He placed a plate to reinforce those poorly cut holes and didn't charge me for the materials or labor. Well done, Rafael!
