5 Points TV Installations

It’s now the 3rd time we had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry and as twice before he is as professional and pleasant as it gets. Good communication, great pricing, on time, knowledgeable and does a clean job. Kerry, I wish that all my experiences with other service providers going into a new home will be as smooth as it is dealing with you. To whoever needs TV mount I say look nowhere else and just call this company.

I called him on Friday explained I was getting Direct TV on Monday, He told me to call him when they finished and he would come and install the new TV. He was very pleasant, called me to let me know he as on the way. He explained what he was going to do. Cleaned up. He quoted me a price on the phone and that is what he charged when he finished. I would definitely hire him again.

Great at returning phone calls and keeping appointments. Communicated concerns when mounting but yet had solutions. Wall mounted three televisions and set up a new TV with antenna. He was professional, worked fast and was very efficient!!

We called at 12:30 today about getting our 55" plasma TV mounted on an interior concrete block wall, expecting to make an appointment for next week. Instead we were told they could come today at 4PM. At 3:30 we got a message that the installer was on the way. He arrived at 3:55PM, 25 minutes later. By 4:15PM the job was done and paid for, and the work area cleaned. It cannot get any better than this. The mounting he supplied is perfect. Thank you.

Arrived on time. explained to Mr. Kerry Chow of the work we wanted. We shared ideas. very receptive to customer suggestions. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the installations. brought his equipment for installation. installed TV and sound bar to our satisfaction. Ensured equipment was levelled horizontally. tested equipment after installation. he provides stands and cords at a great price. would recommend purchasing installation equipment from him as his prices are very reasonable, perhaps cheaper than local stores. excellent professional installation at great price.

I was very sketical at first but Kerry was very professional, He arrived on time to hang my TV's. He offered his brackets at an excellent price. He was well prepared for any issues with the installations like needing an extension cord or extra long HDMI cord and his prices were low. I called him the day before and he was able to do the install the next day. I would recommend Kerry at anytime for his service. Thanks Kerry!!

Karry arrived on time, was very professional, and sharp. Properly installed the mount on the wall, leveled, passed the cables through the wall completely hidden. Clean service, really affordable and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. I'm very pleased with the service and my new TV that now is part of my office being used as a monitor extension as well. Very good set up. Thank you Kerry.

We left message on contact Web page on Dec 25 and Kerry returned call next morning and agreed to come and do the job same day. He had 2 more jobs to finish and will let me know if he will b on time. He called informing that he will arrive at a later time. He arrived promptly, explained to my husband and I the differences on the equipment we want to support the tv and he started the job. He was very professional, perform a clean job and always asking if we are happy with the results. He does not charge different because of size of TV. Very nice job. Happy with the results. He did not have any reviews here I found him on Yelp with only 2 good reviews and decided to call. I am glad we did. Price included the mounting bracket, installation, longer hdmi cable that we needed.
