Company could not speak English very well, so communication was horrible

I was extremely pleased with this company. He came the very next day, did everything on my todo list, and since I dont know anything about home remodeling stuff, he went ahead and came by to determine what supplies are needed to complete the job. I can honestly say that I will call this company again and have already recommending them to friends. They are friendly, clean, organized, and prompt. From hanging a curtain rod to electrical work!! Excellent!

I wrote a review and got a response stating that i did not pay for a job that was done. I gave an 1850 deposit which was signed by Osmel and at the time of payment he said i had only given 1800 ... when given back the signed invoice with this signature he cursed out my husband and left. And excellent job ? There are pictures there and it is FAR FROM EXCELLENT. On this second review in response to yours, i am adding ADDITIONAL pictures of the work you claim to be “excellent” maybe instead of always claiming that the people writing the bad reviews are wrong you should work on your work ethics and make sure to do the jobs correctly to avoid bad reviews. You can say the customer isn’t right , just not when there are pictures to prove otherwise.

Did a truly professional job, house looks fantastic!

After purchasing our home, my husband and I then realized how many repairs needed to be done. We found ODP Professional Painting Corp through Angie's List and felt confident with the listing because of the positive reviews. Arriving on time, Osmel fixed a number of things on multiple occasions: dead outlets, multiple light fixtures installed from vaulted ceiling, painting outdoor wooden fence, bathroom fans replaced, and drywall repair. Great! Osmel was so easy to schedule with; he even came over later in the evening to ensure he got the job done as soon as possible. Very professional and reliable...and the price was excellent too! I will definitely hire him for future jobs.

The closet shelves were installed very well, Osmel was very clean during and after he finished the installation, he covered and painted all the holes and marks, and the result was flawless. I have attached pictures of the closet before and after, with and without clothes.

IT was the first time osmel encountered this type of connectors. However, he studied the diagrams, he studied my circuitry, and was able to install everything perfectly without any issues. He studied the task perfectly prior than guessing; note, z-wave 3 way switches are wired differently than regular 3 way switches. I would highly recommend him to anyone for his services. I will rehire him for painting and installing a fence.

Not well. They had a lot of different specials and they weren't very helpful. They never came out to give me an estimate. I spoke to a guy that was short and curt, his name was Osmel Duenas, and he wasn't helpful.

I don't know about the quality of work because I scheduled an appointment twice with this company and nobody showed up. Feeling they're unreliable.

The job went smoothly. He worked methodically and got the job done.

He was here for a while probably like hours. He painted our gate like the whole fence. He did a really good job. I like the work that he did better than the actual painting company did. He set up lights for us. All of the lights in the ceiling. He disassembled and reassembled bedroom furniture. We moved all the furniture from one bedroom to another. As well as, I have a huge pull up and dip station. He helped me take it apart and carry it. It is a huge machine. He fixed the door, sliding closet door. The painting took a while. He painted and helped patch the ceiling in the bathroom. He is very professional and always on time. My wife speaks Spanish, the one thing that I do recommend is that make sure that you can speak some spanish because he can not speak much English. He is pretty good if you can point straight to what you want. There are times that my wife is not here but he picks up on things. If it is something really detailed, that is the only thing that I would recommend is having someone with you who speaks Spanish. There was one time, I was trying to explain things but once he got it, he got it. He helped finish off this thing that my dad had started with the A/C unit. That was my only warning. They are a prominently speaking service. They are good with the pointing but some people may get frustrated with that.

They dont speak English and it was very hard to contact them. They didn't provide service for the entire time. The service was not satisfactory. He was always on the phone.

House looks good, when quoting all exterior paint of the house though, turns out it did not include the detailing on the window frames or garage door frame. Other than that, house looks great and Osmel very good and professional. Would hire again but being very detailed on what is included and what is not.
