Description of Work: The guy “Mr Osdel”who replied to my first message didn’t even read the one I sent asking for a quote ...sigh... horrible customer service and after being back and forth with so many messages he finally ended up saying they do not do that job even tho they have a coupon in their website! Pathetic!

However, there was the communication issue of Spanish to English and some of the work, I felt could have been better as well as the cleanup should be better. However, he was handy and it was hard day of work outside on a hot day, so for the price I am happy.
Description of Work: Variety of Tasks - fixing a pool deck. Installing an outdoor electric outlet. Putting screening up.

+ 0 moreHe was very professional. He gave us very good recommendations based on what we needed. He always arrived on time, worked diligently and efficiently. He is now our go to handyman and will definitely be recommending him because someone is always in need of a handyman.
Description of Work: I needed him to install a new closet system, but first to take out the old closet, patch and sand the wall, and paint. He did a great job, efficient and with sincere recommendations. He is now working on replacing broken pieces of my patio ceiling/trellis covering, leaks etc. He has also helped with some electrical issues we were having around the house. The next project we need help with is my laundry room, taking all shelves put, framing the wall, installation of dry wall, and paint. After, a new shelving system.

+ -1 moreSent him home as he did not speak any English and I could not communicate. His body language and demeanor were as if he did not want to be here and everything was too much trouble. Very unusual experience. Not eager, pleasant or helpful. They send people who do not want to do the work...and clearly don't want to bother to accomplish tasks if they could understand them.
Description of Work: some wall patches, drywall, electrical outlet/switches, jacuzzi pump looked at...as not turning on...had sent a list previously to them sending someone. not even 4 hours of work for the 8 I paid, but some materials would be needed, like drywall plaster.
