TENDER TOUCH LANDSCAPING

We had been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to respond for our request through emai and phone call to begin work. They responded through email that they will come a week later. They never showed up nor did they call to tell us they can't make it. We came home Saturday afternoon from church to find 4 crepe mytle trees have been trimmed and all the cut limbs on the ground. They haven't shown up to clean up the limbs nor continue the work 6 days later. We had called and emailed them repeatedly but no response. We even called their 2 "emergency numbers" but it just went to voice mail. Talk about frustration and anger. Now we don't know if they're even coming back or if we should get somebody else to finish the job. What an awful experience after a great experience with them when they cleared our beds and pulled our weeds. At this point, we will not be hiring Tender Touch again unless they show back up this weekend to make it all right.

Wayne and his crew of 2 came out to clean out and weed our flower beds. They did an outstanding job of taking clearing out the weeds and not our flowers. They even trimmed our palm trees. We have 7 big flower beds. They have made a big difference on the curve appeal of our house.
