They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied with every phase of the project, were up front about the timing (A BIG PLUS), and follow up well after they're done to again, make sure things are going smoothly. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail as well as the meticulous cleaning performed when they finished. The pricing was an even better pleasant surprise...beyond competitive and fair. + -1 moreWe had a little hiccup at the start we had a high reading on the moisture level. So we needed to dry the floor out for a day just to be sure. They put a moisture barrier layer down then flooring! Douglas Boudreaux was my sales representative. He was wonderful. He called the day of installation and came buy to see how everything was going. He called a few days after installation to make sure I was happy with the results. This was my third time using Empire flooring.
