+ 0 moreHe came removed a connector and hose tubing replaced it with a plug. this was in November 2021. He told me he had a replacement for it but it would be after December 2021 that he could return to fix the issue. So unable to turn the unit on since then. Well Its now JUNE 2022 and after over 5 Calls and one message , no response. not even a return text to let me know when he can come over to repair the system. Complete the job. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Description of Work: WYS showed up promptly when scheduled on just a few hours notice. He came on a Friday afternoon so that my family would not be without air all weekend.

+ -1 moreGreat experiance, polite, knowledgable, and honest. I have had dealings with many HVAC technicians at work and at home, enough to know when some one knows what they are doing and WYS services Inc. Is by far the best I've delt with.
Description of Work: Check HVAC, replaced bad UV bulb and power converter. , cleaned out drain. Inspected duct work. He showed me the capacity of a failing starter capacitor, and replaced it. Very honest and straight forward. He displayed deep knowledge of the equipment.
