We have a signed contract to begin work on December 15th. So far everything has gone very well with them. He showed up on time, looked very professional, and acted professional as well.

The work and materials provided by Tracy Cantley Roofing and Construction Company met my expectations. My phone calls were either answered or returned within a reasonable amount of time. The owner and company were flexible and easy to work with. During the quote gathering process I had contacted several other companies, most of which never showed up, showed up and then never returned phone calls, had full voicemail and could not even leave a message, etc. Then I contacted Tracy Cantley. He returned my call, followed through on what he said he was going to do, and made himself available to discuss the details. I was even working with Clay Electric's High Reflectivity loan program. Tracy was even flexible regarding the way that program works regarding final inspection and contractor payment. My leak issues are gone and I am happy with the final result and my new roof.

We originally had a shingled roof and were in need of a new roof. We decided that a metal roof was in our best interest and approached 4 different companies for bids. Tracy Cantley, was not the cheapest but was one that was in the reasonable range. He was very straight forward in the price, discussed our issues we had with our shingled roof. Once we decided on Tracy and signed the contract they were prompt and cleaned up every day. Our roof was done very quickly, the yard did not have any roofing nails or trash.
