Excellent!!!

Thanks so much for thoroughly checking out the 12-zone sprinkler system I inherited from my Dad and for taking care of both the jumbled electrical issues and leaky plumbing left behind by the service he'd used. I'll be sticking with Mid-State Water Works for maintenance and repairs in the future! Mid-State was professional, knowledgable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They answered my questions and explained the optimal timing for routinely monitoring my system for problems that need a service call. They also made sure I'd have their contact information whenever the need arises again by placing a company decal on my system's time clock; much appreciated! It's a pleasure doing business with Mid-State Water Works.

I am surprised at the high reviews of this company, at least dealing with someone named Will. After our 3rd try at getting him to arrive on time or even arrive at all, we finally told him to forget it and hired another service. Either was significantly late, did not arrive at all, did not return phone calls, or wrote down the incorrect date to finish our job. We would not hire this service again.

Will and his assistant were always on time. They worked out the problem created by the removal of two very large trees and the damage done to the area when stumps and roots were removed. I would certainly call them again.

As hard as it is to find people to work on sprinklers and the constant trouble they are, Mid State is great. They actually show up and you can reach them again if you need to. For me, it was a bit pricey, but what choice do you have when you need it fixed other than learning to do it yourself. NOT!

Their honesty was the biggest thing that I seen in them. Husband and wife working hard together which son to get the job done. The price was very reasonable. Thankful for not having to pay high prices up and running without leaks

Will is one of the most hardest workers I've ever known. I'm installing a stamp concrete patio and he moved all the pipes and sprinklers that would have affected the installation of the patio. Considering the amount of digging. laying new sprinkler pipes, any capping/ removing sprinkler lines that was in the way I consider the price I had to pay to be very fair. If you ever need pipes and/or sprinklers maintenance this company is the one you need to select!

They came very promptly and fixed our leakage problem within 20 minutes.

Will and Amanda arrived at my home within an hour on a Saturday and helped turn off a sprinkler zone that had been running all night and draining my well. They solved the problem at a fair price and I will have them back very soon to do maintenance on the entire system. These are good people who know their stuff! I'm grateful to have found them and they will be my go-to company in the future.
