Hank installed a window unit AC in my mobile home. I purchased it and they came out and installed the unit for me. They did an excellent job! I am very impressed with their knowledge, expertise, competence, and friendliness. I highly recommend Hank's AC!

Hanks has a reputation for quality work, which is why I hired them to COMPLETELY REPLACE the AC system in my house. While the main unit is indeed immaculate, we'll the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say is where it changes. I'm 6 months out from this job, and it's 85 in my living room and my electric bill has DOUBLED the previous month. Another licensed AC contractor came out Yesterday 7/20/2023 And agreed the main unit is perfect, but why wasn't THE HUGE GAPING HOLE IN THE DUCTWORK FROM THE GAS FURNACE CLOSED UP WHEN YOU INSTALLED THE SYSTEM? THERE ARE MULTIPLE PLACES THAT THE DUCTWORK SIMPLY IS SEPERATED FROM THE HOUSE. Yes, it's an older house, but Hanks was hired to replace everything. I emailed and confirmed before work began that all new ductwork was included in the price quoted. A 3rd party Sears Home services was STRONGLY RECOMMENDED by Hanks and was contracted to clean the existing ducts as the house was quite literally condemned before the work began. Hanks informed me that they would further clean inside the ducts afterwards because they weren't happy with the results of the much needed cleaning. At no point did I refuse any recommendations regarding the cooling system as it's Florida and it gets quite hot here. I would feel badly if another person read Hanks reviews and paid them well over $7,000.00 for the job to be left with Swiss cheese cooling off mother nature and not inside the home.

I have used Hank's AC several times. They have come to my house on a holiday, on a Saturday, and once on a regular business day. They are prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I have recommended them to my family and friends without hesitation.

Very well, good communication, came when needed, timely. Fixed the problem. Friendly service. Licensed contractor! Has also repaired appliances for me in the past and had same day repair! Reasonably priced. I use Hank for all my AC and appliance needs.

i lived in Hawthorne, where Hank's business is located. He was referred to me by friends, as I wanted cental air installed in my home. I called him and he came out at the appointed time, gave me an estimate to install cental air in my mobile home, along with adding a couple of more registers and moving one register. I felt his price was fair based on other estimates, and being that he was local, I wanted to give him my business. On installation day, he was prompt, professional , did a great job and the job was completed in one day as stated. Several of my friends have used Hank, and in 2006 all us had to move from where we were located in Hawthorne to another community -- mobile home and all. During the set up in our new location, Hank came out to check on us ( even tho our location is now a bit farther for him to travel) to make sure everything was going well. I have not used him since my initial set up in 2003 -- which is a good thing , as I have not had any a/c problems. That being the case, it tells me he sold me a good a/c unit in the first place. I would highly recommend him, based on my experience in 2003/2006, for any a/c or heating problems, new installations, inspections, or anything else that falls in his expertise. The cost was slightly less than the cost and was done on time. Hank was very honest in how long it would take to get the part ordered and was very quick installing it. Approximately 13 months later, my a/c unit started leaking water. I called Hank and he told me that most likely it was a clogged drain line. He explained his cost to clean it, but told me if I had a long enough garden hose, I could easily clean it myself. He walked me through the procedure over the phone and it worked. He saved me at least $150.00 dollars and quickly got my a/c unit running smoothly again (For Free). Hank is a true, honest professional. You can not find a better company.
