They came the day I called, in the evening without charging me extra, had my AC fixed by the next day, at a good price. They were professional, pleasant, fast and made me feel they were trustworthy. They did leave a few marks on the carpet, but as soon as I told them, they sent a cleaner over at no charge. I would use them again and recommend them.

This is my 4th experience with John Jones AC - two from work (I'm an office manager responsible for overseeing repairs and have used them twice, after others had come up short) and two at home. I chose them for home use after hiring them at work. They on each occasion have been everything you want a service provider to be - reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, professional, reasonable, and above all, honest. The stories are kind of long, and don't make me look too good, so I'll cut right to the chase - if I have an HVAC issue in the future, John Jones AC is who I'll call.

John Jones initially responded to a service call where we reported a leak in our 22 year old air conditioner. At that time, it was no surprise the system needed replacing. While the unit was running and the replacement was not urgent, we had an estimate for a new system within the week as promised. Discussion about efficiencies and operating costs followed as well as advice on rebates currently available through the city. We made our decision with good and welcomed counsel from Brian Jones and the unit was installed as scheduled, with the installation expertly performed by very conscientious and professional technicians. They left no mess, which was important because the installation was in an inside closet in the center of the house. We had air conditioning that evening and they returned the following day for follow up as promised. I have experienced Jones A/C Heating and Refrigeration to operate with a level of honesty, integrity and professionalism not seen in many companies. They do what is needed to keep a unit running not what will make them the most money while being mindful that money spent on an efficient air conditioning system can and will generate a reasonable return on investment. They do what they say they will, when they say it will be done. They are the only A/C company in Tallahassee we will do business with and we highly recommend them.
