Description of Work: We bought the Wolfgang Puck Commercially Rated Bar Blender for 150.00 in July. We used it for one month and started noticing a smell coming from the motor. Finally it stopped working. Called the company and they told me where to send it to. That was almost four weeks ago. After 3 phone calls the last one to a supervisor nothing has happened. I was told each time they would check with the shipping department and call me back. Have not heard a word. When the blender worked it was fine, but once it quit and was sent back the customer service was just lip service.

Description of Work: W.P. Productions is a Wolfgang Puck cookware provider. On or around the 1st week of the month of March 2011, while cooking, the bottom exploded on one of the following. The stainless steel pot set: Wolfgang Puck Bistro Elite Collection. They are made of stainless steel but, the bottoms are capped w/aluminum. I have made several attempts to rectify the discrepancies but, I am being given the run around by various excuses. 1st, they didn't receive the pics I was requested to send in of the faulty cookware. Than, I was told corporate lost them to resend. And, was even told I applied direct heat to them and it was my fault. It's cookware, of course it will be heated. This was not the case however. It was being used as a double boiler. The pot that was defective was on top of a pot filled w/water. Steam caused this to happen. Not a very good product if one can't use it to make cheese rue. I have e-mails from this corporation to verify their lack of action or concern for the customer.
